I had a terrible experience with Bowco. When I signed them up I had a rodent problem, I was promised if I bought their elite monthly package all treatments will be covered. They were right however they are not proactive in helping you treat your problem. They only come out if you call them and there is no game plan to help you solve the issue. You end up paying monthly to them and you still have to deal with the issue. Even worse, when I called to express my concern the person on the phone was defensive and said there is nothing I can do except schedule a service for you. If you don’t have any major pest problems they are great otherwise use someone else.

Took my appointment and never showed up.... be careful with these guys apparently they have a hard time getting anyone out for evening appointments. would give the zero stars but wont let me give a rating with out one

"According to our records, we spoke with you on Tuesday and offered an appointment for the following morning. You requested an evening slot, but we informed you that we don’t have evening appointments. In this case, we offered an appointment after 4 PM, and you mentioned you would check with your wife and get back to us. However, we have no record of a call back to confirm the appointment."
