I am pleased to have hired Tony and Cesar from Advantage for my yellow jacket issue that a previous exterminator couldn’t eradicate. The guys came out and treated the area and I didn’t even have to call them back for the follow up, they showed up on their own. Great service and great work!!! 10/10

The best service around. We have had an annual plan one year and this year I opted to do one off treatments for cave, crickets, spiders, etc. Rick is very responsive and has a team of great experts. We even had a big raccoon, infestation, and removal. Look no further because Rick and his team are the best.

Had clothing moth infestation in the attic. Called them to come and give estimate. They send someone who was already negative from the start . Then he said they will call me in like 10 min after leaving . Never called. Then I called spoke with the manager and told I saw infestation in attic , Rick said well clean the house and then call. He would have waited 3 weeks before coming. He also said the was no guarantee.very negative , hard to communicate felt like they didn’t want to do the job. Called another company who understood the severity and came the next day and they will come with the same price after 2 weeks plus 60 day’s guarantee.

Sally, who handles scheduling and other customer service functions, is highly knowledgeable, patient, and flexible. She makes you feel like you are a part of her extended family; she takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions! She takes such a reasonable approach to working through each issue that you never feel pressured to commit to a plan. Dan D., the exterminator, is also a genuinely empathetic and caring human being. His sincerity exudes from his essence and it is immediately felt! With my clients, the minute they met him, their anxiety dissipated and they were ready to adopt him as their own son! Beyond Dan’s ability to genuinely connect with people and radiate heartfelt goodness, he is meticulous and thorough as an exterminator. He inspects with a fine eye, remembers every detail of his treatment plan, and explains issues with such clarity! Advantage is beyond fortunate to have Sally and Dan D. as part of their team! They are role models who can teach a masterclass regarding the human condition! Responsive and didn't charge me unnecessarily. I would definitely use them again

They were good when I had a squirrel issue but when I called them a year later for a mice issue it was the complete opposite experience. I asked the guy that came out not to discuss the cost with my tenants as I’m paying for it. What does he do, 5 min later, I hear him in the basement discusses the costs with the tenants. When I confronted him, he denied the whole thing. Then they told me the owner Rick would call me back to discuss, never called me back.

I had a beehive in a bush close to my yard entrance. They attacked my gardener! Called Advantage TODAY and they , Johnny, came out within an hour and took the hive and sprayed the rest of the bush! He was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Person is middle aged and showed up with long hair and an earring in his ear! Very poor appearance and not professional. When he got done he said now you going to use m e from now on in the future. What a joke. I wouldn't use him if he was the last exterminator on earth. His wife should tell him how to clean up his act. If I could have given you zero stars I would . One star is too good for you. How do you stay in business with an attitude like that?

Absolutely unprofessional. Would never recommend them. I own a 4 family investment property in East Orange. Appointment between 2 and 3 pm. Tech did not call until 3pm to state that he would be late and immediately starts asking about pricing which had already been discussed previously when I booked the appointment with their secretary. Tech finally arrived at around 3:45pm at which time I had to leave and left him in the hands of my tenants. He told them he was there for roaches which was a lie since we had already discussed coming out for mice multiple times and started discussing pricing with my tenants which I thought was very unprofessional. He did nothing and turned around and left. Never called me. Called management in the morning who was very unapologetic and stated that it was miscommunication with timing, pricing and payment arrangements. Like how can we have that much of a misunderstanding. I booked this appointment 3 days in advance. Plenty of time for them to confirm and communicate with me.

Absolute worst conversation with Ricky today. All he kept saying is it will cost more. Sir I did not ask you about the price , I want a service done. Obviously I am willing to pay the cost.Unbelievable
