I am the building owner who requested the service, but I was not here when he performed sprayed for the ants. But the tenant was and he told me he was very happy with the work that was performed. He said the man checked all the crooks and crannies of the office and found ant nests in various locations. Overall, my tenant was very pleased with the overall thoroughness, happy tenant, happy landlord! Good Job!

I have been using Jonathan for the past 9 months and I think he is THE BEST exterminator I've ever had in every way. He serviced out apt. several times in 2025 (about every 2-3 months as we are careful),. also in Sept 2024, June, May, Feb 2024 and Dec. 2023. He is exceptionally pleasant and VERY thorough. Also very helpful in ways that his job did not require such as getting something down for me from a high cabinet. Great value for the price as he spent a lot of time in our apt. every visit ....and our apt is relatively small. I try to get Jonathan every time we have service. Also, I've been using BHB for literally 45 or 50 years,... all the BHB technicians are even better now than they were decades ago. BHB is THE best. VERY thorough. VERY pleasant. VERY knowledgeable. The only company to use.

Found a hole upstairs that we may have missed last time. Also look all the areas of concern we had to see for micr droppings.

Patrick was early, very patient, professional, and wore shoe coverings as soon as he came into the home. He did the inspection and pointed out we had a moisture problem in the bathroom as well which helped us to get the right people to come and fix it. The company was able to provide services the same day and I will use their ongoing maintenance plan for our house. Very happy with the overall service that this company provided us.

I recently had an extermination done at my home, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Patty, who answered the phone, provided the best customer service — she was friendly, patient, and made scheduling so easy. Jessy was very professional. Nothing against him but the second inspection was not up to my standards. If my bee problems is in the gutters why did the company send someone without the equipment to inspect the gutters as today inspection suppose find the main hive. How much could you see from the front lawn?
