We recently had our attic insulation work done and couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was done thoroughly. They paid great attention to detail, sealed gaps properly, and left the attic and surrounding area spotless after the job. Had a great experience with the Atticare team. Bob did a great job explaining the process and giving me good recommendations for my situation at a reasonable price. They were able to do the job within a week of signing the quote. Victor and his team were excellent. They were very polite and professional, making sure to keep the non-work areas clean, and doing a great job with removing old insulation, cleaning, air sealing, and re-insulating. Highly recommended.

Alex from Atticare came over and was excellent to work with. He made thoughtful, professional recommendations and didn’t try to sell me anything unless he was confident it would actually address my concerns. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the visit. I really appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach.

Working with Atticare was no nonsense. They have a professional team, from sales to the final inspection personnel. During the final inspection there was a little fix which was discovered and tech was sent out to fix it. Noah did a good job in buttoning up the loose end and complete the job for us.

Incredibly easy to work with Atticare! Had no problem rescheduling the estimate several times due to the weather. Bob provided a fair and reasonable quote and the work was done the next day. The team did an incredible job replacing the insulation in our home, both in the attic and in the unfinished basement. On Tuesday, the owner personally came by, took pictures, and on Thursday, the team was here working. They started at 10 am and finished by 2 pm. I'd recommend them if anyone were seeking to replace your home's insulation at a reasonable rate and with a quick turnaround.

Found Atticare through a Google search and Bob was able to come to our house at a convenient date and time to provide an assessment and estimate. I got another quote from one other company, but after a couple of follow-up emails/calls with Bob about materials and process, I had more confidence in working with Bob and his team. Also, the price was more affordable. The crew was flexible with my schedule, they were thorough with protecting the interior with fabric and plastic. The team lead Victor was kind, and the team was hard working. They found and sealed a couple larger holes as well as air-sealed other potential entry points. Time will tell, but based on the work done and the process photos provided, we're very happy and would recommend Bob/Victor/Atticare to other homeowners.

The sales guy Alex was nice and very upfront on what they were going to do and gave me a very great quote. Their guys showed up when they said they would and accurately described what they were going to do. They finished in 4 hours and cleaned up very well. Their forman Justin was very friendly and nice and described every phase very well. They took pictures of the before and after. I could not be more satisfied!!!

Atticare was great from the beginning. The following morning after I posted an inquiry on their website, I received back a text, an email and a phone call in order to start a conversation about what I was looking for (attic clean-up & insulation). Once I returned the call & explained my issues, Bob P. reached out to make an appointment. The appointment happened quickly & Bob visited & explained very well how they would handle our situation. He showed us pics & literature that helped with the process. He viewed our attic and took measurements and pictures. We reviewed the pictures with Bob and he pointed out our deficiencies (which we were previously aware of). He further explained what they would do, answering all of our questions and providing a proposal for the work. He was able to schedule our job very quickly and required only a very small deposit (approximately 10%). On the scheduled date and time, their crew of three arrived and sealed off other areas, covered our staircase and hallways and proceeded with their work. They removed any boxes & bins of storage items we had in the attic, they removed the old insulation, they vacuumed up all debris, they sealed up any openings that required sealing, they disinfected the entire area and then finally they installed the R38 insulation we chose (properly dealing with the baffles by the soffits) and sealing the seams between the bats. They were done in less than 4 hours and did a great job. The crew was neat, courteous & very well organized. I strongly recommend (and I have already with a friend whose job is on Saturday) Atticare, Bob & their crew.

Atticare replaced the insulation in my attic. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently and completed on time. Quality of work and materials was excellent. Couldn't be happier.

Reinsulating our attic, turned out to be so much quicker and easier than we expected. Bob came to look at our attic the day after I called. And three days later his crew was there getting the job done. The workers were polite and professional. Our house is over 100 years old and I don’t think the attic has ever been so clean! They did a meticulous job taking out all of the old insulation, sealing everything up and putting in the new insulation Unfortunately, one of their trash bags broke outside and spilled old insulation on the snow. They did their best to clean it up, but all the snow made it difficult. They did their best. We highly recommend Atticare.

It was a positive experience overall from scheduling for estimates to service completion. Bob was able to tweak the scope of work to facilitate for the 45-degree angle slope ceiling. Victor and his crew were also nothing short of expectation. Will recommend Atticare to anyone that needs Attic services.

Neat, on time and efficient

Poor workmanship. They do not standby their word or even what they put on paper. Buyer beware

Atticare was great! I initially called Bob to check out my crawlspace and thats when I learned of their insulation services. I desperately need to replace mine but I wasn’t sure who to hire until I met Bob. He was upfront, responsive, and flexible to my schedule - I scheduled a cleaning day and an install day. Both times his crew was incredibly quick. My attic looks brand new, my second floor retains a LOT more heat and I’m so happy!!

Tre came out to check my attic because I suspected a squirrel got in. He inspected it and saw the insulation damage caused by the pest and set a trap for me. Since I have a new roof & siding he told me to contact that company to see where a space might be for the squirrel to come in. Very professional & personable. Told me not to hesitate to call if the issue isnt resolved.

We are so happy that we found Atticare! Alex our consultant, and the Tech who completed the job were exceptional! Both were reliable, honest, professional, and friendly. We had birds nesting under our roof shingles who now found their way into the attic. The work done not only looks great, but the birds can no longer get in and we are happy to say that no birds were harmed. We will be calling them again for some attic work that needs to be done. The crew showed up timely and was very clean, efficient and professional. The whole project was roughly 3 hours of work and they did a fantastic job. They wore shoe covers entering the house to not leave foot prints which is a huge plus. And they vacuumed the attic stair and surrounding area when finished. Hardly knew they were even in the house.

We presented very specific concerns regarding an issue during our initial consultation over the phone. We were advised this could be fixed so we went forward with making an appt for an estimate. Our concerns were dismissed and not addressed during our estimate meeting. We expected to be listened to and have a thorough inspection. All we got was a 5 minute measurement, quote for insulation replacement and sanitization with residential grade product. Additionally we were pitched an upsell on heat efficiency that we did not ask for. At the end of the sales pitch I circled back on the original concern and we were told oh yeah it will be fixed once we go through with all that. After another series of deliberate questions we were told point blank no, we can't help you with that concern. We only had one issue from the start and we were given the run around. If we did not know to ask specific questions we would have been basically pressured into a $6k job that would not ultimately fix our issue. Totally wasted our time this time.

Terrible service. Had to remove the attic insulation. The guy steve came with another young boy. Steve was recording me without me knowing it. Very rude, didn’t communicate or want to listen at all. But I have cameras everywhere in the house so have proof. It is illegal. Watch out. And they didn’t do the job as was promised. Very disappointed for a busy nurse to deal with extra headache like this. 🥲🥹 This is response to Esteban’s reply. I was not disrespectful but If their unprofessional manager is recording ME for some reason !?! I had requested not to bring the same manger when they came back. I have every right to be upset. Esteban manager actually offered to wave the $1500 last week. Because he admitted it was wrong what was done. They are charging $2000 for a job that was not done as the contract said PLUS I was working on the attic with the employees. BE CAREFUL! I had to seal the cracks on the roof and around the windows myslef after they left. So Worried about someone having videos of me. And they were stepping on the air ducts and dropped a lamp which broke. He didn’t even apologize or acknowledge it. Manager steve was just standing in the attic and would not talk to me or do any work . So I was the one who was helping the other employees and I did ask steve isn’t this something he is supposed to do. He didn’t say anything.

Way overpriced

Dont use this company. They are very unprofessional and a fraud. They spoiled my attic ladder but wont fix it. I purposely withheld $500 until the ladder is fixed. I have been at it for 5 monthsnow.

I will never use this company again. They have cleaned my attic over a month ago, which I dont have access to, because the ladder to the attic broke after the work was done. Many of my recess lights also came out. The company promised to fix it. It's been a month and I am always the one calling, they will apologize and tell me that someone will get back to me. We will do the same dance the next week. Atticare has disrupted my life. Most of the recess light that out is in my daughter's room 11 months), she cannot sleep in her crib because of that.

This company must give discounts to customers to say good this about the company. Manny was very nice guy came over gave me good advice but since the job is too small they need to inflate thier price.. At first they told me they had no minimum of amount ..then they changed thier minds.. As per the manager shawn "thier not experienced in outside blow insulation" Then they do it from the inside of the house.. Then they don't...its BS!! But I love the idea to discount prices if you say something nice on Facebook reviews👍👍.. Great job guys!! Found out from another customer that uses them..that's why so you have so many good reviews..

Cons - 1) Did not come on the promised time. I called Gil twice to find out where he was and he made an excuse. He was not too late but 30-40 mins than what he confirmed. 2) Did NOT honor the mailer coupon and said "That works for an old lady trying to get clean-up. For you, save your $95/- and do it yourself if you want to" 3) They try to sell you everything they have to offer- Even things you probably do not need. They try to scare you and tell you everything is a "Disaster". I would have appreciated something like "These are the urgent things..." and "these are necessary for maintainance not urgent". They do no give you options Pros - 1) Education about your Attic 2) They know their business Hope this helps.
