Contracted POE for 1 year pest extermination. On the first visit Ray gave us option monthly or quarterly visit for same money. We opted for quarterly because we need prevention only and paid cash for the whole year. When we called for 2nd visit Ray seems not to remember us until we send him the contract that he gave us. When we called for the 3rd visit Ray said that the price went up. How could the price go up when we already have a signed comtract. Eventually Ray agreed to setup the appointment but he did not show up on the day of appointment. Called him several times on the day of appointment but did not pick up. Stay away from this company.

We checked our records and you were never one of our customers. Perhaps you have us confused with another Pest Control company, there are a few with the name Pest Off. We are sorry you had a bad experience, but it was not with us.
