Paramount Exterminating

Eric at Paramount Exterminating was amazing. We’re buying a house, and our inspection report flagged possible wood-destroying insects/termites. Eric came out, did a super thorough inspection, and carefully walked us through everything he was checking and why. In the end, it turned out to be rotted wood that looked like termite damage, not termites. What impressed me most was how honest he was. He explained our options, told us he couldn’t fully guarantee there had never been termites, and then recommended that we not do any treatment. So basically, he gave us the advice that was best for us even though it meant he made no money on the job. Total breath of fresh air. He also told us what warning signs to keep an eye on going forward so we’d know when to call him back. Super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He mentioned Paramount is a 3-generation family business, and it really showed in how he treated us. Would absolutely recommend Eric to anyone who needs exterminator help.

They fixed a major problem in my apartment and in my building. They are the best. Efficient, on time, and problem solvers. I recommend them highly.

He treated the space with love, care, and gave us plently of information and knowledge on how to deal with our infestations. Definitely a professional and hope to see him again soon. Called their union city office for a quote for my apartment building. The receptionists were incredibly rude and hung up on me for no reason. Avoid this place if you want professional service

Absolutely incredible experience with Paramount - particularly Eric who services our building in Hoboken. We had been struggling with rodent issues for years and not only did Eric and team work with us closely (and with full transparency) - they did detective work and collaborated with multiple parties to get to the root of the problem - outsmarting the vermin and restoring our peace and comfort. We are now totally rodent free in record time. Eric still checks in regularly with us to ensure everything is as it should be. Our family owes so much to them. Thank you Paramount team!!!!

Living in an older home in Jersey City, we've tried a lot of different pest control companies, and Paramount has been above and beyond the best. We've used them both for short term emergencies (live bird in the vent) and long-term solutions (rats and cockroaches) and have always had success. Other best control companies wanted to offer long-term services like setting monthly traps and baiting, but Paramount has worked with us to help find the root of the problem to get it solved completely. We've worked with both Eric and Angel, and I can't recommend them enough.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I just got off the phone with Eric who was so helpful, so patient, and so kind, that I am feeling compelled! He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me and offered advice for dealing with our complicated infestation issue, even if it meant their services might ultimately not be used. It was so clear that he listened and actually cared about our issue being taken care of.

This company is truly amazing! I had been dealing with a cockroach infestation in my apartment complex, I lived here for 3 years when out of nowhere I started getting a bad cockroach infestation and I was doing anything I could to try to battle them but nothing worked it seemed like the problem kept getting worse! I finally looked online and found Paramount , when I called to get information they were very informative and advised that cockroaches could potentially come back as it was an apartment complex so they were transparent about that as well as their prices and what to expect the day the exterminator was to come and what I should do days before. Making the appointment was super easy and as soon as they were done it was like magic, all of the cockroaches disappeared! It’s been a couple of months since they came and they did try to follow up which I loved but I missed the call, and still I haven’t seen a cockroach since then! If I ever have an infestation problem I will for sure give them a call they were amazing!! Definitely worth the money spent for the peace of mind!
