Anthony came out promptly to look at our trees. Diagnosed that one tree was dying and others needed pruning. Removal of the dying tree required local government approval. Government inspector agreed that tree was dying and needed to be removed. Took awhile to schedule appointment for removal and pruning. John’s crew did a great job on pruning, removal and cleanup. Our back yard looks a lot better.

Bartlett has been treating our almost 200 year old Red Oak for the past 5 years, it originally was diagnosed with Bacterial Leaf Scorch Disease and continues to be treated to this day. We are so happy that our Red Oak is doing well and thank Bartlett for their amazing assistance.

Forgot to leave this very well deserved poor review. I had them come out to cut my arborvitae. They initially wanted to charge $1400 to barely trim anything despite the estimate stating to prune down 3 feet. Their "expert" said they couldn't after the fact. Yet every other company, chatgpt, etc said that's bs. I got them down to $800 because 1) I had to give them a ladder after they only cut 2 inches and tried leaving without notice 2) didn't clean up 3) barely pruned the sides. Your expert arborists are terrible. I'd never have paid you if I didn't want to deal with collections. Thanks for nothing. Edited with my response sent to your email.

Amazing staff

Moved my property and didn’t move it back after they left. Called multiple times to move it back to original location and never came back. Now I noticed they also damaged my property!

They simply don't make 'em like Doug anymore. It's hard to find good, reliable help nowadays from someone you can trust. He was responsive, communicative, and assessed my tree damage relatively quickly and provided a variety of solutions. I will absolutely be using Bartlett moving forward for all of my tree care needs. Doug came out to inspect a property I am buying. He spent at least an hour reviewing each tree on the property and explaining what it was, how to care for it, and what pruning needed to be done. Very knowledgeable and all at no charge. Thanks Doug!

If you would like the job actually done go with another company. I am not one to usually do reviews but I feel compelled to write one regarding this company. Multiple phone calls made to try to set up an appointment to get a large tree pruned. They came to the house promptly and an invoice was sent by email. Then the waiting game started. When I called inquiring about an appointment time they answered but always came back with needing to check with someone in regards to scheduling a time. Never a return call back. So I set up an appointment time over 3 weeks in advance only to find out they don’t have a crew that day to do the job. Yet again I had to call to find this out. I try to set up a time but once again I’m told that they had to check with someone and I will get a call back....Surprise no phone call. Honestly don’t waste your time with this company go somewhere else. 0 stars if I could.
