I found myself in a bind this last snow event as my usual family members who normally do my snow removal were not able to. I called Ant’s Plants this morning thinking it might be a problem since everything is iced over plus I wasn’t on their list of regular customers. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. Anthony arrived within the hour as promised. He did a thorough and neat job of the driveway and walkway. Prior to getting started, he explained the job and the fee associated; which in my opinion is a very fair price. In addition, he was courteous and respectful. My problem was solved quicker than expected and I now have peace of mind as I have added myself to his snow removal list of customers. These kind of positive service related transactions don’t happen very often - I’m therefore confident in recommending their service. Thank you Anthony. Toni D

We have used DeBiasse snow removal for several years through heavy snowstorms and light. They have always come promptly and cleared our drive. They communicate well with notices, and respond quickly to questions. Overall, we are very pleased.

We have been using Debiasse brothers for many years for snow removal. Their communications prior, during & after the snow storm/inclement weather are excellent. They are prompt and do a good job clearing the snow. They also offer salting services as well which is a great help in stopping our driveway turning into an ice skating rink! Highly recommend their services.

Very unprofessional, sub-par work too

We called this company to get a quote for planting 4 relatively medium height/ small trees in our yard, and they gave me a quote of $1850 just to dig the holes and plant the trees in! In my opinion, that is an exorbitant amount for to plant 4 trees that we had already purchased.

Never showed up for a schedule estimate. I blocked valuable time and left work early to meet a DeBiasse representative at my house at 4pm. When nobody showed up or reached out to me by 430pm I called the office and the receptionist said that they are very busy and she would reach out to someome and call me back promptly-which she did a few minutes later. She informed me she left a mesaage for the person who was supposed to show up. I waited until 5pm and went back to work. Their business has all my contact info (email/cell etc) so there is simply no excuse for not showing up for a previously scheduled appointment. Not professional and a waste of my time today. Addendum to this review 12/5/18: Anthony called me back the following day and when we finally spoke he explained the extenuating circumstances that led to missing our appointment. I appreciate the fact he accepted responsibility and his honesty. I can not comment on his landscaping work, however I am satisfied with our discussion and ultimately his professionalism.
