Lawn doctor has been servicing my lawn for 7 years. Prior to lawn doctor caring for my lawn, it was a mess. Grass was sparse and dull. Shortly after Lawn Doctor replaced my efforts on lawn care the lawn / grass is an attraction to the curb appeal of my house. Additionally, the service professionals that treat my lawn are always available for consultation and always very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor and their team

Lawn doctor handles my lawn and shrub care. People around my neighborhood alway’s remark how beautiful my grass looks And since lawn care has been caring for my trees and shrubs. I haven’t had to replace the shrubs or tress because of disease or drought. I been using lawn doctor for about 5 years

After having a few questions about some brown spots in my lawn, Chris the manager from Lawn Doctor came out an hour later to come take a look so he could address the issue immediately. They do a great job, but Chris’s service went above and beyond.

I had a deeply disappointing and disturbing experience with Lawn Doctor. They claimed to have completed the full treatment on my property, but upon inspection, it was obvious only half the work was done. When I contacted them to address the issue, I was met with blatant disrespect, misogynistic behavior, and harassment. Their tone was not only rude but aggressive enough that I had to contact the police and file a report for my safety and peace of mind. As a woman, I felt completely bullied, intimidated, and disregarded. It was clear that customer service and accountability mean nothing to them if you're not a man. No one should be made to feel unsafe or unheard when raising a legitimate concern. To make matters worse, I’ve since hired a new lawn service company that is half the price, offers more treatments, and provides far superior customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this menacing company at all costs—don’t waste your money or your sanity.

We have been customers of Lawn Doctor of Bridgewater for many years. Our lawn looks so beautiful we often have people ask us what service we use. We Can't say enough about the wonderful people who work there and the great job they do on our lawn.

Chris the owner was going to give me a 25 dollar discount for being a new customer spending over 2k on just lawn services they recommended. I had to refuse the cheap discount!

Maybe my expectations were too high but I have used Lawn Doctor for over 3 months now and I still have weeds in my yard. I have discontinued my service.

This will be my 1st full year having Lawn Doctor treat and care for my lawn, only having had them for 3/4 of last year has made my lawn front and back worth many neighborly positive comments on how good my lawn looks. I myself am very happy with the Lawn Doctor experience, being retired I have the ability to view the workers dedication to getting the job done well and meticulously

After many years of good service a month or so ago one of their techs came to apply flea and tick killer to our lawn. at the time we were out kayaking. When we returned I found that the paving stones to set my kayak trailer's tongue on were missing. I phoned lawn doctor to inquire if the tech had moved or taken them but only got an answering machine. After walking around the yard for a while we finally found the paving stones in a far part of the backyard where the tech had used them to get his machine unstuck. At this point, most people would have returned the stones to the place where they were removed, not this guy, he simply left them where they lay. I called lawn doctor to lodge my complaint and to terminate my service. Lo and behold, yesterday, the same tech showed up on my property. When I discovered this I told him to get off my property and he and anyone else from his company to never show up in my yard again. His reply was don't have a heart attack and I won't repeat what else he hoped for me. I'll let you form your own opinion about lawn doctor. In a reply to this review the owner states that I am avoiding speaking with him. The fact is I’m avoiding doing any further business with his company. It’s no wonder that many people in my area have switched to different lawn care businesses.

While year one was a decent improvement I felt all of that went away in year two Crab grass continued and at one point a quarter or more of the front lawn was burned and dead about 2-3 days later. They suggested it was from a fungus or mold and suggested some other treatment for several hundred dollars. The mosquito spraying was very effective however even when bundled to their lawn services it was still more expensive than most competitors. They wont be getting my money on year three Although I chose stars its really closer to 2.5 stars.

I had lawn doctor for the fall last year and had a great experience with them. They were openly communicative and gave me a schedule of when my services would occur. I automatically renewed for the year and haveNOT received any schedule of services, i have no idea when lawndoctor comes to my house and i dont know what they do. Its june and im not even sure what has been done to my lawn, I have been trying to cancel my services but noone will answer the phone and it has been extremely frustrating and a complete 180 from my experience last fall ☹

After 1.5 year of service I still have patches and holes in lawn. I could just DIY fertilizing my lawn on my own.

Last Halloween they came to put down grass seed & Aire rate lawn. It was too late in the season to do that task. It was like throwing $$ out the window. My regular feeding & fertilizer man does a good job.

I had my lawn reseeded in October. Nothing grew so I called Chris at Lawn Doctor. He came by and said the the seed was coming up. I saw almost nothing. He also wanted me to sign up for more treatments. I told him I would do the treatment and did it in November and again in March. He said that it would come up it the spring.Nothing came up and the person in the office said it was not warm enough. I waited a few weeks and still nothing. I called Lawn doctor back. Chris got back to me and said that I should have had the other treatments. He also said that the seed only has a 50% success rate. He and I have a totally different recollection of the conversion. He never said that. I would not have spent $750 for a 50% success rate. Save your money and do it yourself.
