I heard cavanaughs was bought by Viking so I figured the prices would be higher. Unfortunately, I actually couldn’t tell you how much because they put me on hold for way longer than I ever was with Cavanaugh’s. Tough to lose a good company like that. They were so reliable before.

I’ve been a client of Cavanaughs Pest Control for years. They provide great service. Their techs are timely, professional and efficient. Their hours of operation are flexible.
We reached out to Cavanaugh's because we had a rodent issue. Tony thoroughly explained the process he was very helpful. They solved my problem and I absolutely recommend them 100%
I have been using them for +3 years. Due to Covid - skipped 2020. Anyways their service folks are highly professional and entertaining even. Answers every question. The big dude - Ryan is the best. Michelle on the phone and Matt for pesky stuff is amazing. Never had issues with them. Their prices one can't beat. They respond within 24 hrs if anything is found. They service 3 times / year with zero problems. I even took them up for in ground bait system - i.e. the venerable Sentricon and they gladly did the work and doing the monitoring THREE times / year. Overall for their annual platinum service and the Sentricon monitoring the price is just fantastic.
I called Cavanaugh's to get rid of a yellow jacket nest in my foundation/basement. They were timely, professional, and the nest is gone- I'd recommend.
