Was disappointed; my service was to be between 10:00-1200. Tech didn’t arrive until after 3:00. Was supposed to have inside/outside pest control done but was told he was spraying for ants. Not the service I was expecting. I have kids and one animal. Was told by tech kids can’t roam as it’s not kid/pet friendly treatment. My downstairs couldn’t be sprayed do to animal. Had tech arrived during scheduled time kids wouldn’t have been an issue and animal could have been contained. Time will tell
