Our technician Eric was very lazy and barely sprayed the spots we asked him to. The area we asked him to take care of was our basemeant thats in the process of being cleaned up (its a 50 year old basement that now me and my fiance have an opportunity to clean out due to a loss in the family)... when he walked outside he didnt see that our window was open and we heard him say DISQUSTING! Absolutely amazing service! I never had a service like this done before and when I inquired late at night they responded instantly (less than 24 hours) with a quote and set me up with the first available appointment. I wasn’t too happy about being on an annual contract but for what it’s worth they’re prompt with their service times, answer all questions and concerns upon arrival, and have affordable monthly rate plans that cater to you and your needs. I was very happy with my second technician. However, prior to that I had been given bad information from whomever was scheduling. I took a half day personal day at work because I was told I had to be home. On the day of service, it was raining and the first tech told me he couldn't do it in the rain, which made sense, but no one told me that ahead of time. Also no one confirmed via phone or email for my first appointment. I told him to have the office call me and no one did. I think I would go w
