Highly recommend Uma Pest Control for all pest services. Diana was very pleasant and through when setting up the appointment. Victor & Eval came to my house and did a fantastic job from start to finish, honest and knowledgeable to say the least. One visit to was all it took and my pest issue has been history. Uma is also highly affordable compare to other Pest control services.

Our home had a drain-fly issue, with multiple flies daily near our bathroom and kitchen sinks. We called up Uma Pest to help us out. I believed it was coming from the sink in the basement, but the inspector who came thought there must be another source. He asked something like, "Is there any drainage pipe anywhere in the basement?" Yes, we had them, and he went right over there, barely needed to look inside, and said, "I found the problem." He was here for not even 5 minutes and found the nest! That expertise right there! Spared some chemical solution to kill them all and told us to call a plumber to check for leaks in the pipes, possibly. Ever since then, no more drain flies. They were excellent, fast, and friendly throughout the whole process. 10/10 would call them again and would call them for any future pest issues.

I’ve been a repeat customer for a few years now. I love their flexibility and open line of communication. I can call anything and if I catch them at a busy time, my calls are always returned the same day. Everytime they go above and beyond to share tips and tricks to help me maintain my house. I would recommend giving them a try.

Uma did a great job taking care of an underground bee hive I discovered in my backyard. Even though it was amazing to see I had to get rid of it because it was under our basketball hoop and we noticed a lot of bees in our yard throughout the months last year. Local bee keeper didn’t want any part of this! Uma came out quickly and the service tech was professional. After treating the area, we noticed the dead bees the next day and the issue was resolved. Thanks Uma!

NEVER BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!!!! Not only did I watch the technician pour WATER into his can to stretch the “pest control” product (in his car ) just before he sprayed around my house but the owner was very RUDE and nasty when I mentioned it to him … I paid 350 just to STILL have roaches …. ??????? Don’t book this company you are wasting your money !!!!

I'd like to start off by saying human interaction is so important in a world where everyone is using robots. I'm grateful to have had the pleasure of finding Diana and Donald from Uma Pest Control. I was dealing with wasps entering my home through a hole in my wall and I'm very allergic so you can imagine how difficult this was for me. I was in tears when I woke up to 15 wasps just taking over my living room. I Googled pest control near me and saw the lovely reviews others have left about Uma and just had an overall gut feeling about their service. Diana calmed me down immediately and assured me someone would take care of it same day. I was so thankful to have had that reassurance at a very fair price. Not only was Donald (our tech) timely, he was also immeasurably kind in my very vulnerable situation. He educated me on how to treat, prevent and overall understand my predicament with the wasps. I respect all life and don't like to kill insects unless it interfered with my life or the life of my family. I'm so relieved to say I didn't have to lift a finger. Donald came to save the day. It's been a few days I haven't heard a buzz let alone seen any hovering. I think the wasps know this is no longer a wasp hotel haha. If they are going to occupy then they will need to pay some bills lol In all seriousness I'd obviously recommend this company and what they represent. Couldn't have asked for an easier experience in dealing with our mouse problem. The fact that they are available 24/7 is a big plus. I called at 10pm and Victor was there the next morning. He helped me find the entry point so I could close it up, and then he set up hubs all over my house to take care of anything else lingering. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. What else could you ask for?
