Great customer service and friendliness from Ricky. He’s also very informative with teaching me about rodents and insects. No sales tactics at all, just giving me some options in the future for other services, if I choose to . he did an inspection around my home and inside my house also. I’m extremely satisfied with this company Dryer Vent Services and mold removal work. Technician Brian arrived on time for the dryer vent inspection and furnace cleaning appointment. Their vent cleaners were thorough and efficient. They also completed ac cleaning service and recommended ongoing dryer vent maintenance for safety. this company mold cleaning and mold remediation services were handled with care and professionalism. I like that they focus exclusively on air systems and not drying clothes services. The entire experience was smooth and informative. My vents are now clear, and the air feels cleaner. We live in North Jersey and have been using BugEx for mosquito control monthly in the summer for many years. We have also used them for ants and bees. We have found their technicians to be very prompt, courteous and professional and always do an excellent job. When people come over they always asks us how we have no mosquitos in our yard. Also Rosalyn who answers the phone is wonderful whenever I call to schedule an appointment. I would highly recommend them.
