Have had Allison Pest Control under contract for a few years now. Haven't had any real issues until a mouse (mice?) appeared to nibble something a few weeks ago. On the first visit, they left some bait traps (that would force the critters to exit for water) and scheduled a follow up to seal possible entry points. Just completed the follow up visit with Mike B - He was sooo thorough - I'm very impressed. Kitchen looked clear of droppings, but basement was questionable. He added bait traps in the drop ceiling in the basement, used steel wool to fill potential entry points behind the stove and the plumbing for the garage sink, etc. We even found a clear pipe from the garage into the basement that he sealed, and he recommended foaming sealant for the ledge between the sheetrock and cement foundation, which I'll try to do myself. He was well spoken, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I doubt that Allison Pest is the cheapest around, and I know they're not the most expensive, but I'm glad I found them - and it's nice to deal with an established, local, family business instead of someone governed by anonymous corporate governance.

I have used Allison Pest Control for ten years and haven't been disappointed. My latest call was for house mice in my attic crawl space. My tech Fredo was able to climb into the tiny space and scope out the problem effectively, plugging holes that may have led to the problem. He was thorough and beyond competent and professional.
