Have had Allison Pest Control under contract for a few years now. Haven't had any real issues until a mouse (mice?) appeared to nibble something a few weeks ago. On the first visit, they left some bait traps (that would force the critters to exit for water) and scheduled a follow up to seal possible entry points.
