I ordered services and subsequently canceled them the same day which happened to be a Friday. While I was gone on Saturday morning, the technician came even though when he confirmed I texted him back and said do not come. I am not home. I got home. there was a tag on the door that he had done the service on the initial phone call. They asked for my credit card number which I gave them. They sent me a contract which I did not sign. So basically, the service person came to my house unauthorized. Viking has refused to refund the cost of the service which was over $300 when the cost of the service was what I had a problem with to begin with. I found it for less elsewhere – – I bought two cans of spray from Home Depot and did it myself. I’ve spoken to them numerous times. Have not changed their position about charging me. I’ve taken it up with the credit card company. Buyer beware. They are not customer friendly.

We have partnered with Last Bite for years, when Viking acquired service went down hill fast. The spray is not removing the mosquitos as it had in previous years. Every time I try and call for a re-spray I'm stuck playing phone tag and speaking to robots. The local family business is gone and this years services was a complete waste of money.

very poor customer service. first appointment nobody shows up and no follow up why the technician did not show up. 2nd appointment the technician was late i was not able to wait. i was told a price on the phone the bill catfir 4 times more. i am trying to contact the company to revise the invoice. very frustrating to deal with Viking.

I connect to the Viking service in advance that I have activities in the garden on that service day. If they can complete it before 10am, keep the schedule. Otherwise cancel it. VikingPest confirmed the service person will arrive around 8:45am. At 9 am, nothing happened, and I texted VikingPest to cancel the service if the serviceman cannot arrive by 9:20. No response. After 9:20 I received a text message the serviceman is on the way. And I texted back requesting to cancel it. After 10, the guy came and start to spray on 10:03 and “finished” the spray at 10:11 - 8 min of work for a job that need 30 min. This service is terrible!!!

Viking was supposed to come treat our home for fleas. They completely ghosted us. My family was displaced from our home for days all because they flat lied to us. Never again. Do not trust this company. Response to the reply: I have contacted your support team multiple times. The latest was at noon today. I was promised an urgent callback that never came. Making it the second time you’ve ghosted me.

Product didn't work. Sick and tired of fighting with companies with their excuses. Moving forward i will never use this service again. Their product Doesn't work. Was given a list of reasons why. Rep turned the tables on me and gave the impression it was my fault. So be it. I’ll eat the cost and never use this again. So there! DONE.

Would give a zero if possible! Terrible Customer Service and on-site technician service. Any call goes to inadequate intake call center which is nothing more than answering service! Viking bought the local small business company I used for 10+yrs and it’s a sad downgrade all around. Paid $400 for them to set mice traps in my basement and come back to check for 60 days. Have my contractor at the house today working on something completely different and he noticed an entrance point in my soffit. Call to speak w/ supervisor and was told they will call back when available… Pathetic.

The actual service when they came to my house was great. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However I absolutely hate dealing with the call center and not being able to speak to someone who actually works there.

very unprofessional job i called the company because i had yellow jackets behind my house inside the siding a bit high off the ground, I was told, no problem $350 and this amount includes house inspection and insect sprayed, on the first day a man arrived and sprayed everything and yellow jackets flew seemed to me even more, I called the company a second time, the second time the man came and he treated everything with chemicals , but also closed the plywood from which the bees flew out, and the real nightmare began, on the first day we killed 40 yellow jackets in our house then every day we kill at least 10 a day, I have a kid 12 years old small kitten like a month, another cat , hopefully no one have any allergic reaction yet or something, this is very bad work, very upset and looking to fix now from someone else. ( the most interesting thing, at first they told me that they would remove the nest, then they said, since we don’t remove the nest high, why it was impossible to say about it in advance, no, they took money from me and then started making excuses that the company does not do it, I could spray for 350 dollars myself)

The people at the call center are horrible. They know nothing about the problems associated with pest control. It is easy to see they are from outside the US and not trained well. When I said I needed someone to come check my Sentricon Stations, the rep didn't know what I was talking about. Anyway, a technician did come and was a very nice young man. Unfortunately, he was new to the company and although he seemed knowledgeable, he didn't have any of the tools in his truck to address the problem. He called the office and told me someone was going to come tomorrow or the next day after I stayed home and missed a class waiting for the technician to come today. When I asked what time they would be coming, the technician said I'd be getting an email to notify me. The only email I have received is one asking me to review the visit today. Obviously, I'm not happy with their service. We have been customers since 1989 when the company was Cavanaugh's Pest Control and you could reach a real person who understood what you were talking about. Now it is Viking Pest Control and that personal touch has been lost. I'll post an update as to how this gets resolved.
