They were able to come same day, right away for yellow jackets in my home - found the nest, and came back later that day to get rid of them. Answered all my questions and was reasonably priced. Bryan & his team have been fantastic for us over many years. First helping to very quickly get a spider problem under control after we moved into our new home, to ongoing seasonal maintenance & the occasional unexpected problems (wasp nest). The response time & turnaround time for treatments is very quick, all treatments have been noticeably effective. Customer service is very strong, Bryan’s team has always addressed any minor unexpected situations that arise (coming to retreat an area of the home at no charge if we notice sometime new after a prior treatment). I am not typically one to post a Google review but felt the need to do it for Ticked Off because their service is LEGIT. We had so many mosquitos in our backyard it made hanging out in the evenings almost unbearable. I had seen Ticked Off's truck in my neighbor's driveway and gave it a go and it has been an absolute game changer. They come every few weeks, Bryan the owner is the most responsive person ever (rare), and his crew are all so kind and respectful. They come, get it done, and it's been awesome. If you're thinking about it, do it.
