The technician, Dylan Post was very thorough. He rebaited the traps (which were empty) in the basement & garage. He said that there was slight activity and advised us to remove the bird seed stored in the garage, which we are doing. He then went outside to complete his work around the perimeter of the house. He advised that we schedule a follow up in two weeks, which we did. We appreciate Dylan's helpful attitude and considerable knowledge. Sincerely, Lillian Brenwasser

I love this company. They respond very quickly when I have concerns re: rodents, insects etc. I have used this service for several years and know that my home is protected.

Highly recommend Kapture! Called them when we saw an uninvited guest in our basement. They quickly understood our concerns, answered all of our questions and immediately booked an appointment for one of their highly trained and experienced employees for a service call. Fabio came the next day and we instantly felt at ease that our problem would be fixed! Fabio was the consummate professional, answering our questions and providing the answers and confidence we were hoping for. Fabio went to work and the within 2 days our uninvited guests were no longer! Never did we think it would be resolved so quickly, and we owe our sincere thanks and gratitude to Fabio and Kapture for their efforts, follow up and outstanding communication throughout the entire ordeal. We were so impressed with this company and all the other services that they offer, that we instantaneously wanted a service contract with them as insurance and preventative maintenance. This company is the best!

Richard the Salesman from Freehold was amazing! He explained everything in detail to me and you can not beat the price! He was very professional and it when it came to my concerns, he answered every question. He even told me everything that was included in the price. I had Orkin and I always had an issue and had to wait long for them to come to the property. These guys come fast and everything was covered and no added extra fees. This is a great Pest control and its highly recommended.

We had this extermination company come in to set more traps, even though we had already managed to keep the mouse problem to a minimum on our own. Unfortunately, during their visit, they broke our oven door and never informed us about it. We only discovered the damage afterward. This lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable. Their negligence has caused unnecessary stress and financial burden on our household. Instead of helping to solve a small pest issue, they created a much bigger problem. We expected professionalism and transparency, but sadly, that was not the case. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy or careful service.

Unfortunately i am not pleased at all with Kapture. I found a nest of spider webs in my family room I and continue to find multiple mice dropping in my family room and bedroom. There were no snap traps anywhere and I would appreciate it if they were put in my attached to the house garage and in the family room. I am continuing to find crawling insects in my home. Jordan was a perfect gentleman but i would appreciate more aggressive action on the next appointment.

Me landlord uses Kapture services for our apartment, and I must say the change in our tech disappointed me . Our new tech is OK it seems like asking simple questions bothers him , don’t remember her name but , our old tech was a young lady Who was absolutely phenomenal! Overall Great Products that they have but not too happy with me tech . Thanks -Ali

The worse service ever don't waste your money with them

I reached out about a wasp nest in tree in the yard and they reached back promptly. John began explaining the process for removing a wasps nest. Then he continued to explain ongoing services around the house for other insects and pests. I politely stopped him to tell him this call was strictly to resolve the wasp matter only. I did not want to purchase an ongoing service contract. He then said it was required. I asked if that was his business model and he said yes. I thanked him for his time but I would be calling someone else to come do the only job I bothered to call him for in the first place. All or nothing attitude. Thanks but no thanks. 2 stars because he called me quickly.
