Last Bite Mosquito and Tick Control - A Division of Viking Pest Control

After being sold to Viking our service became horrible. We had a flea problem, they ghosted us, leaving our family displaced from our home. Never again. Don’t use these guys. Original: Total Home was awesome once again. Communicated well, laid out options well, laid out expectations well too (pests might come back, what happens if they do, etc.), and just generally left me very confident that he and Total Home were on the job and would get it taken care of.

We had these near microscopic crawlers on window sills, deck boards and other surfaces. They sent out a Rob to diagnose what they were. Springtails, never heard of those but ordered a treatment. Couple days later appt set and Desiree arrives. Very prompt, personable and knowledgeable about my issue. She explained what they are, why they are showing up, what she was about to apply and where, plus any health concerns were answered. These ladies and men handle my mosquito control, my annual termite certificate and now my home pest control. This company deserves these kudos because what they do works and they are a great family owned business.

Front office staff is a pleasure to talk to-- easygoing, explains what will happen, and patient. Ray came out several times and he is genuinely a great and friendly human. He goes out of his way to explain/show you what is happening, what will happen, and puts your mind at ease. In my case we had carpenter bees, which he sprayed a one-time per year spray all around and near the fascia boards, (he also does copper mesh around the fascia boards--more of a long term solution, that no other pest control I have gotten quotes from do that, so that I will consider with Ray!)and a potential animal in the attic, which turned out to be a bat getting warmth near one of the fascia boards. Ray is very thorough, very brave, and again, genuinely cares about helping people. From my experience, that behavior and attitude is rare so hopefully Total Home Pest is taking great care of him! If you ever have an unfortunate visitor, this team will still make you smile! From the receptionist who answered the phone, I believe Kerry, to Joe who came out and caught the squirrel, they made me feel at ease. Joe was so kind, patient, and caught the little guy in no time. He didn’t have the equipment on him but he still found a way! I have not experienced such great customer service in a long time. Will be my go to!

I have never worked with this company but did have the unfortunate experience of driving near one of their vans today. Not only were they driving around very aggressively, they also threw their trash out of the passenger side window. I would never hire a company that shows such disrespect to the communities they serve. When the name of the company and telephone number are on the van, maybe tell your employees to be bit more aware of how their conduct reflects upon the company.

Outstanding service. Wonderful staff and a job well done. For years I watched as hornets and carpenter bees swarmed my house, particularly around and under crevices near my roof and gutters. I was skeptical after dealing with other service companies where I receive mediocre service and get forced to pay a subscription. With Total Home Pest Control, the service was unbelievable. It's been 2 months and my problem is gone... seemingly for good. I was not put in a position to be upsold either. The technician was kind, considerate, and did the job better than I expected. Best money spent.

This is our second year using this wonderful company and we could not be happier with the service. Our most recent service was performed by Shakeam and he was extremely professional before, during, and after service. He made sure to text me before he was coming, when he arrived, and when he was finished. He also answered my questions thoroughly and was friendly. Ray arrived on time and his inspection was very thorough and honest. He explained what he was looking for and what he found. He worked efficiently and was very professional and personable. The communication from the main office was also excellent and appreciated. I inquired online about Total's services and received a call back within a few hours of my initial inquiry. There was no pressure to do any treatment, but options were discussed. I highly recommend this company and would use them in the future if needed.

Great company to work with! From the customer service person Catherine who scheduled the visits to the techs who came to the house. All very professional and helpful explaining what I could expect from the services and making sure I was satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!

They were able to come out to my house the day after I called. They were very knowledgeable and honest. I did not end up using them because they were honest enough to show me that all the termite damage in the house was old and abandoned most likely due to some type of treatment. They never pushed for any type of treatment and even gave me some tips for preventing on my own. The quote they gave me was much lower than the other companies that came out to check. I would have gone with total home if we ended up needing services.
