Very kind, communicative, and fast service!

To be very honest Joe D started off great, no issues quarterly services and he even came out whenever we saw an influx of bugs. We were on his quarterly spray plan for 125 a quarter. We happened to have a bee issue in our backyard, he told us it would be an additional 150 for the extra bee spray so I said okay no problem. After he sprayed twice we still saw no results, we still had an infestation of Cicadia Killer Bees (look them up, they’re pretty large and aggressive).After he sent his crew out twice with no results he reached out for payment, mind you this was an additional service and I have never paid him even one second later than when he asked, I told him when the bees are gone I’d pay him the EXTRA FEE. At which point he flipped out and accused me of playing games when we had already established a good working relationship and the way he spoke to me was disgusting. I paid him, even though the bees are still in my backyard I sent him the money and he was still speaking nasty. I also happened to have paid him for the quarterly service at this point he had come out once for the quarter and there’s still 2.5 months left to the term. He refused to refund me for the balance of the contract and has kept money for the additional bee fee. Ultimately, his true colors were shown and I DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing with him. You will not get respectful responses and he does not know how to have a discussion with clients. If you’re unhappy he will tell you he doesn’t need your business and walk away.

Cannot say enough great things about this company. I am painfully afraid of bugs they have been treating my house preventatively since last summer and for any issues I have had (ie: wasps this summer).Joe, the owner, is so helpful and answers any and all questions. Mike, who does the treatments, is an absolute treasure. Highly highly recommend! I feel safe knowing my house is safe from any crawling & flying invaders with these guys on my side.

Joe Dibiasi has always been at the ready to help when needed and got my daughters new home up and running and safe for the dog.

RIPP OFF ALERT! I have had a terrible experience with Coastal. I paid them a total of $550 in a matter of 3 months due to miscommunication between his employees and i. I hired him for Pest control but his employee mistakenly sprayed for Ticks without letting me know. After going a few weeks of the summer without being able to comfortably sit outside i called Joe to explain to him that i didnt think the first spray did anything to prevent the bugs. Thats when he explained that they sprayed for ticks and not for bugs. He said not to worry and hell have someone come out and spray for bugs and also offered me to sign up for the yearly plan which comes out to $450 a year. I accepted it and he charged me an extra $250 since i had already paid him $200 the month prior. 2 months later i see another $100 charge on my credit card. I thought it was a mistake since i had already paid him $450 but no, Joe is now charging me for the miscommunication of the first spray that did not ask for and also billed me $250 for the second spray and $100 every 3 months which means i would be paying Coastal $850.00 a year for Pest Control. Joe was disrespectful on the phone, kept interrupting me, and patronizing me as if i did not know what i was talking about. All of this over something so simple?? I will never use them again! I dont mind paying $450 a year for PEST CONTROL but $850 is outrageous and sneaky.

John is amazing. We had open communication about our animal removal process. He’s very professional and knowledable. I highly and strongly recommend John for animal removal needs!
