Disappointed with the lack of honesty. The technician marked a full exterior inspection and treatment as completed, but camera footage shows they were only at the front of the house briefly and did not perform the work described. I understand weather conditions can prevent service, but documenting work that didn’t happen instead of noting “unable to service” breaks trust. Hoping the company addresses this appropriately. Very disappointed experience.

They suck they didn’t do all my floors and are asking me for money. I requested them to come back and they refuse. Horrible horrible service

Terrible service. I had an appointment from between 1-5 today. I called at 3:40 to see if the technician was coming and they said they would call him and make sure he called me on his way there. By 4:50 I had not received a call and called back to see what happened. They said the tech was running behind and would be here by 6 and would call on his way. It is 6:20 and the tech never call and has still not arrived. Terrible service.

CALL ANOTHER PET SERVICE! I signed a contract 2 weeks ago and have paid $650 already. I was told by their salesman, Justin, that I could call whenever I needed service and they’d come. I have a dead rat in my yard and was told that the earliest they could come is 4-1/2 days from this morning. I dearly wish I hadn’t fallen for their salesman’s pitch and had someone else. MY ADVICE IS TO CALL ANOTHER PET SERVICE!

Speeding at GSP while I was trying to cross the street, they were going at least 3 times the posted 15mph. Lucky they didn’t hit me, do better.

I’ve been with Excel for sometime but have found their service and product has went down hill - significantly. There is no value with their product. They came and sprayed, yet I am still having bugs namely spiders. Then on things I need assistance with like a nest they’re unable to assist with. Hard to justify spending $100+ per quarter on people that don’t do their job effectively, unable and reluctant to assist when needed and have customer service equatable to that of a greasy spooned diner.

Using their service for a long time. They send someone to spray the front and backyard every quarter. The guy always says he service the backyard and I have never seen them do that. I have never seen them on camera servicing the backyard. They also sent invoices saying they serviced my property when they didnt even showup. It could be an employee slacking off but its not professional at all.

I can recommend 100% Excel & Kevin, he is very responsible and expert at his work. He treated windows, foundation, door frames. Removed spider webs, installed protecta bait exterior station on. Installed RTU in kitchen, basement, boiler room, closets, deck, backyard. Sealed holes in foundation with excluder, got rid of dead rodent odor. Vacummed mice droppings. He is meticulous in his work and cares about helping their customers. Thanks Kevin!!!! UPDATE After many years with this company they changed their policy to charge 3 months together with no notifications, either you have or not have the service at your home. I received an email letting me know about a service they did, without letting me know. My house has gates which need to be open to go to the yard. This year this company is changing so bad. They are charging my card the way they wanted with no permission, they are not doing the services they should and I called last month to cancel their services and ask for refund. I have not received any refund and they charged my credit card again this month. do yourself a favor and double check your statements.

On Rt 4 west this morning (just before 8:30am ET) I was almost hit by one of your drivers. He aggressively changed lanes without signaling or looking. I honked my horn and he slammed on his break. When I went to pass him, he swerved towards my car like he was going to hit me. When I looked up, he flipped me off. The license plate number of the vehicle is: C29 LGM. I've included I picture as well.

My original review is below, but I need to share an update. Since I originally contracted with Excel for pest control service, the service has degraded significantly. The sticking points for me were that every time I called for service, a different technician came to my house and did not seem to know what had been done by the previous technician. Also, they sent the manager's son for my last service call (who was not knowledgeable about pest issues) and the issue is still unresolved. I ultimately decided to cancel my service and sign up for a yearly contract with another company. Original review _______________________________________________________________ I contacted Excel Termite & Pest Control to address a rodent issue in my new home. They responded promptly and I was able to get someone out to my house the same day to take a look at the problem. Kevin Newell correctly assessed the issue and plugged the holes and set traps down. I was so confident in the services received that I signed up for the quarterly service contract. I've been very happy with the pest services received. Kevin is very knowledgeable, personable and great to work with. I'm happy that I picked Excel.
