Edward really came through for us. My sister kept telling me to stop trying to handle it myself and just call someone because it was getting out of hand, and yeah… she was right. The problem was worse than I even admitted, but Edward showed up on time and didn’t make me feel stupid about it. He was super down to earth, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and got right to work. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just trying to rush out. It’s been a few weeks now and I haven’t seen a single rat, which is honestly kind of crazy. I should of listened sooner becuase I definitely made it worse waiting. I already told my brother to call Edward if he ever needs it.

Amazing experience ! This is my second time using this company and I had amazing results. Each time I the company for 2 separate multifamily properties in Newark, New Jersey and once they completed the job we no longer had any rodent issues.

I own a 4 family in EAST ORANGE and these guys are official and thorough. Eddie made a emergency visit to one of my vacant apartments at 8:30 pm just to give me a Major treatment for Roaches...I don't know what they use but Everything was dead within days of the treatment. Eddie is very informative and makes sure he provides the Best service for the job at a reasonable price.

Eddie was amazing! He came to help with a mouse problem in our home and was very welcoming, honest, and professional. He was also punctual and arrived right on time. He did exactly what he said he was going to do—no shortcuts or lazy work. He explained everything clearly and helped us understand why the infestation was happening, which made us feel much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Eddie came to treat the basement and 1st floor extremely quick. I called the day off, and he was there within a few hours. My tenants are happy that we got an exterminator in quickly to take care of the problem.

Professional and affordable very communicative and knowledgeable. They came to my investment property for a rat issue and Eddie was very informative on how to treat and what I need to fix. He placed several baiting techniques and powder inside burrows. Look forward to the amazing results.

Eddie had a very punctual response time and always showed up exactly when he said he would. I didn't actually receive their service, but I scheduled a visit and they never arrived, and they weren't even kind enough to call back to say they weren't coming.

I called last Stop pest control because I read great reviews. But when I called Eddie day before the appointment he totally forgot it . He wanted to change the date for service then I agreed. When he showed up with own car (not company) he asked me to pay first before the service. I asked him invoice with work plan but he said No because he needs to go back to office to send it. I told him I won’t pay before the service so He got upset then left. It’s really weird I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I don’t know if it’s real company….

I would give zero stars. I asked for someone to come and do inspection for an evidence of rodents and they made an excuse not to come and basically blew me off for what i dont why. I was very polite and i was asking for help because i was going to be a paying customer. UPDATE: TODAY WAS PAYDAY AND I DIDNT EVEN GET AN OPPORTUNITY TO EVEN DISCUSS PAYMENT BECAUSE THE CALL WAS ENDED EARLY. I WAS WILLING TO PAY WHATEVER NEEDED TO BE PAID TO GET RID OF IT SO IT WASNT A FINACE ISSUE. Heres the response from owner : Hi Angel, I spoke with the technician that was involved in this call and was advised by what had happened. In order for this specific job to be completed it would require payment of a service charge that you did not want to pay. The smell behind the wall would require the wall to be broken and then we weren't able to guarantee that we would find the problem and remove it. Additionally, we would not be responsible for repairing or replacing the wall that had to have been broken. The technician wanted to save you money by letting you know that we could not resolve the situation because it was behind sealed walls. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we want to look out for your finances with this situation.

Waiting for a call back. Very confusing when you call. They say the name is At Last and I wanted to make sure I'm calling the right company because this one has great reviews. I called the number from their Newark office FB page and the lady was rude. I'll update after the service
