Thomas was phenomenal! I appreciate his flexibility! I called on a Wednesday evening, around 6pm and was able to schedule an appt for Friday at 930am. He expressed grave knowledge throughout the service, and provided great recommendations specific to my home. He's so personable, efficient, and quick. The entire service took about 1.5hrs, and I have a 3000+ Sq. ft home. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable for a Preventive pest treatment, especially for today's economy. I was able to pay with my credit card via a link, which was easy and very convenient for me. I can't thank him enough for such a smooth experience. He really set the tone for future encounters. I recommend to others and really look forward to my summer appt

From the Packers that makes you believe they, My dad Told me a long time ago the Pest Control making a customer feel like everything‘s gonna be OK and you got everything under control as a pest control professional is number one anybody could put down a bunch of glue boards apply pesticide or trapping animal but dealing with a customer is definitely the most important. As a new homeowner, dealing with a rat and mouse issue for the first time was incredibly stressful. I contacted several pest control companies, but AFCO stood out immediately. Not only did they offer the best rates, but they were also the most patient in explaining the process and walking me through all of my options. Thomas was fantastic he identified and sealed all the entry points, placed poison where needed, and even removed the dead rodents. He was very flexible with my schedule and returned for a follow-up to ensure everything was taken care of. Since then, neither I nor my tenants have seen any signs of rodents. I’m so relieved I found AFCO before the problem got worse. I strongly recommend this company to anyone dealing with pest issues. Thank you again, Thomas and AFCO!

Probably not a normal call, but we frantically reached out to Afco to help us when our cat got into the attic wound up down in the walls of our house. It was after hours but Thomas came to help! Above and beyond and immediately became part of our little rescue team. All is well that ends well. The cat is fine - our walls are a different story , but I have no doubt that Afco would be just as great in a true pest situation!

Thomas from Afco pest control was responsive and very polite and thorough . I called him with an urgent request due to an ant infestation and he came out and treated the whole house. Very communicative and he explained everything and I feel confident the ant problem will be gone after his work. Very reasonable price!

Thank you!! You had a nightmare of a situation and I tried to do my Best on the pricing where we both were happy. It was one thing to find out you had a raccoon living in your floor then another to find out there were two babies as well. And then the whole process of getting them out and sent to the right animal rehab lol thank you for the good communication as well. You made my job easier.
Tom is simply the best, and most reliable pest control specialist I have met. I have lived in Newark for approximately 10 years and I know for sure that I won't need to search for anybody else. Unlike other larger companies that have multiple technicians, afco is small and Tom the owner, is very knowledgeable and handles all aspects of the business efficiently and directly .

When somebody has a Pest Control problem, it’s easy to go and fix the situation or eradicate the Pest. Making the client and his family or tenants feel comfortable is most important. Then after doing both of those things, the The financial part will take care of itself. I tell people all the time this is something that lends itself to this business and maybe a few others, but I cannot think of at the time. Thanks again Luis.
