I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Terminix, especially with our area technician, Mark. He is personable, professional, and incredibly thorough, and you can tell he truly cares about the customer experience. He made sure our issue was fully resolved and was quick to follow up whenever we had questions or needed additional service. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and attentive. I had a great experience with the exterminator Robert Hendrix from Terminix, who serviced my home today. He was extremely thorough, inspecting every area carefully and sealing any potential entry points he found. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but also very friendly and respectful throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided and the peace of mind it gave me. Mark did a great job in walking me through the service and making sure my home is in good hands. We did exclusion treatment and he sounded really an expert in what he was doing and did a great job with it too.
