Custom Lawn and Landscaping has been an ongoing disappointment. They consistently overcharge, routinely inflating the amount of time supposedly spent on jobs. This isn’t a one-off issue—it has happened on almost every occasion, making it feel intentional rather than accidental. What makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability from management. After multiple phone calls and emails requesting a call back, no one from management ever responds. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and
They have shown up each time when stated. If notice given they will allow you to select which part of the week to have service performed in gatherings on weekend ect. The only down sides are the price is slightly higher than other companies, and when they edge they leave a sharp line but don't go into the ground. I have only seen them once. They get everything done while I am still at work. Over all very good job. I would recommend

He is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Eli and Pointe Pest Control highly. We have been using their service for many years.
Eli did a very fine job. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and comprehensive., and listens to provide exactly what his customers need and request. By the way, he did leave a single piece of cleaning equipment which no doubt fell off his truck.
