Best exterminator I’ve ever had - great service.

Denis returned my call promptly & was at the property the next day. His knowledge of the problem both with ants & bees saved me money up front & I'll know what to watch out for in the future! This is my second time using Shell & definitely won't be my last. Thank you Denis!!

I would give Shell 100 stars if I could. It is refreshing to speak to an owner of a local company who is honest, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to do the right thing. I called Shell for what I thought was a carpenter ant problem (after calling 2 other places that just tried to sell me annual packages). The tech Paul, found the ants but advised the issue was more then ants, they were a symptom.. my problem was moisture in the walls. This is something Shell doesn’t work on. Paul even did a moisture reading on our walls and advised us to call an engineer or contractor. After doing so, we uncovered a major issue on our home. Shell didn’t take a penny from us, came out 2x and months later was able to provide us documentation for our insurance company. The entire team at Shell are stand up people, I highly recommend Shell if looking for a reasonable company with expertise and integrity.

I've been using Shell for 3 years in Brielle, fair, honest and most importantly super knowledgeable about all things Pest Control. There's a preventive plan that you can enroll in that keeps problems from arising, can't recommend Dennis the owner and the team enough

I highly recommend Denis from Shell Pest Control. Denis was a wealth of knowledge, very thorough with the pest treatment and did a great job.

We utilized Shell pest control trying to support local businesses being that I live in manasquan. We had ants and were sold a service that was supposed to fix the problem long term. They showed up when it was raining and I questioned whether it would still be effective. The man said any issues and they will come back. 7 weeks later and all our ants are back. When I called the owner he said their service is only valid for 30 days and if he comes back it would be full price. Was not even remotely considerate or willing to help without spending more money. Would absolutely never use again.

Dennis did a thorough inspection of our home today. Dennis is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain the situations and circumstances that we had concerns about---When he left, we felt a lot more secure and satisfied that all of our questions were thoroughly answered. Additionally, Dennis is a kind and caring person. We feel fortunate to have had Dennis inspect our home. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Shell Pest Control Systems.
