We utilized Shell pest control trying to support local businesses being that I live in manasquan. We had ants and were sold a service that was supposed to fix the problem long term. They showed up when it was raining and I questioned whether it would still be effective. The man said any issues and they will come back. 7 weeks later and all our ants are back. When I called the owner he said their service is only valid for 30 days and if he comes back it would be full price. Was not even remotely

Mrs Campbell called several weeks after there warranty expired and when it was suggested purchasing a extended warranty be purchased for the balance of the season the Campbell's became indignant and wrote this review, not nice.
I would give Shell 100 stars if I could. It is refreshing to speak to an owner of a local company who is honest, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to do the right thing. I called Shell for what I thought was a carpenter ant problem (after calling 2 other places that just tried to sell me annual packages). The tech Paul, found the ants but advised the issue was more then ants, they were a symptom.. my problem was moisture in the walls. This is something Shell doesn’t work on. Paul even
Dennis did a thorough inspection of our home today. Dennis is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain the situations and circumstances that we had concerns about---When he left, we felt a lot more secure and satisfied that all of our questions were thoroughly answered. Additionally, Dennis is a kind and caring person. We feel fortunate to have had Dennis inspect our home. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Shell Pest Control Systems.
