Amazing company with a husband and wife team who truly treat their employees like family. You can tell they really care about their company and it shows in the work produced. 2025 was our 4th year with Bite Back Tick and Mosquito Control and we've just signed up for our 5th. Before Bite Back, we had an infestation of ticks on our property. After the first treatment, there was a noticeable reduction and by the second treatment, there were nearly no ticks on our property. Bite Back has continued their excellent service through today and we look forward to continuing with their services for the foreseeable future. Great company. Reliable professional service. Good communication and good value. The mosquitoes are still out, but less than they would be. My greatest concern were the yard ticks for my little dog. We have opted for the organic service. I highly recommend Bite Back. We switched from a competitor that we were disappointed with. Glad we did. This is our 3rd year with Bite Back.

We have used this company for a few years now. When they stopped coming to our area I was so disappointed. We had to find another company to use, but the new company was not nearly as thorough and didn't let us know when they were coming. I was so happy when Ron notified me that they would be servicing our area again. I love how we are notified the day before and the day of the service. Chris always does a very thorough job.

I hate giving them a bad review because I love how professional they are. But unfortunately it did not take away my mosquito problem. They even came to re-spray but unfortunately it still didn’t work. I am so upset it didn’t because they were so responsive and professional and local.

If given the opportunity to explore the issues around your property I am sure you would have been more than satisfied. However, I would like to mention that we take pride in maintaining the lowest call back rate in the industry, which stands at just 1%. In your case, the first call back was related to crane flies, which is not a pest we treat for. The second call back occurred because our technician did not spray your front door area, which is not typically a common dwelling place for ticks and mosquitoes.<br><br>Additionally, it is worth noting that your neighbor had an unopened pool for an extended period, which likely contributed to the persistence of the issues you faced. During my visits to your property, I spent 20 minutes thoroughly inspecting the area for mosquitoes, and no evidence of their presence was found. Despite this, we proceeded to respray as a precautionary measure.<br><br>We always strive to provide our best efforts in resolving any issues our customers encounter. It is deeply disheartening when a customer cancels our service without giving us the opportunity to explore alternative options or investigate further off-property to address the problem. As a gesture of goodwill, we will issue a refund for the unused balance. We genuinely hope that you are able to find a satisfactory resolution for your concerns.<br><br>We value your feedback and will use it as an opportunity to improve our services moving forward. I have a beautiful yard that’s perfect for entertaining, except I’ve been bombarded by mosquitoes and ticks since we moved in 9 years ago, so it’s challenging to entertain. Bite Back cones every 3 weeks and I haven’t seen one tick or mosquito since they started spraying. I’ve also suffered with chronic Lyme for many years so I know how important it is to not only be careful with ticks, but to avoid chemicals and pesticides. This was a perfect solution and I can’t thank you enough for letting us enjoy our yard again and feel safe doing it.
