Don't bother. There are plenty of other services out there. Our lawn has been getting worse since we started this service and it is impossible to get anyone out here to discuss our options. All communication is through text (if you're lucky enough to get a response). Two weeks in a row they have no call/no showed on our appointments after we waited around all day for someone to come talk to us. Either call one of the other 20+ companies in the area or grab some Scott's and a spreader from Home D

2025 was our 4th year with Bite Back Tick and Mosquito Control and we've just signed up for our 5th. Before Bite Back, we had an infestation of ticks on our property. After the first treatment, there was a noticeable reduction and by the second treatment, there were nearly no ticks on our property. I have a beautiful yard that’s perfect for entertaining, except I’ve been bombarded by mosquitoes and ticks since we moved in 9 years ago, so it’s challenging to entertain. Bite Back cones every 3 weeks and I haven’t seen one tick or mosquito since they started spraying. Jason has been incredibly reliable and wonderful for the past few years he has been our technician. He is always communicative, on time, thorough, and just a really nice person! In the couple times when we have had to call him for an off routine issue (wasps nest outside and ground bees), he always was able to come in a reasonable timeframe and resolves the issue quickly. We have also seen an overall reduction in general pests over the past years he’s been coming. Very satisfied!
