Priority 1 Termite & Pest Control

Had Paul come over with a worker yesterday We had been hearing flapping wings in our boiler flue pipe that connected to a shared chimney with my water heater. They wound up finding 2 woodpeckers in the boiler flue. While one of Paul's workers removed the birds I asked if everything would be operable after he left and if I would have heat. The response was " sure no problem". They what I thought was completed work and left. It was a bit chilly last night and I wanted to take the chill out of my home, I went into my basement only to find the flue pipe barely hanging in the wall. Also to find someone stepped on the water outlet to my water heater so that is now bent and had a small puddle under it. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled and reached out the Paul's company first thing this morning. Due to lack of response I am now out $850 and need an hvac or plumbing technician to make my family safe and repair what was left unfinished. Damn shame. Go elsewhere for your needs

Priority 1 Pest control was hired to remove Bats from my house . They responded quicky! & removed them from my home. Paul & his team where very profesional & efficient!!

Prioriity 1 pest control did grest job eliminating a Huge wasp Nest hanging from the peak of my house.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I have ground hogs and they charged $500. They came to use two sticks of poison that cost $30 for box of 4 from amazon. They set up trap for one month and caught nothing, even though I saw at least 2 groundhogs a day. They said I had rats that why they couldn't catch groundhogs. the wanted to charge $450 to eliminate rats, but when I ask for proof of rats they said they couldn't trap them. They avoided my call until I used someelse's phone. I have to take them to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My mother, a senior citizen, contacted your company for an estimate and scheduled an inspection of our home. Because of a language barrier, communication with the technicians was somewhat difficult, so she called the office for assistance. Instead of providing support, Paul responded in an unnecessarily abrupt and dismissive manner. His lack of professionalism directly caused my mother to cancel the appointment. What happened next was completely unacceptable. Paul chose to follow up with text messages that were hostile, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate for any business setting. No customer—let alone a senior citizen—should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment. This behavior is inexcusable. If Paul, a grown man, cannot handle something as routine as a cancellation without resorting to disrespect and hostility, he has no business interacting with customers. His actions reflect poorly not only on himself, but on the company as a whole. I strongly urge management to reconsider whether Paul should be in a customer-facing role, because no professional organization should tolerate this type of conduct.

Paul and his team came to save the day for us last year when we had a squirrel running around our house. Called 5 other places and no one would come, but Paul came right away and got it out. They then diagnosed the problem, figured out where it was coming in, and came back the following day to seal it up. They did excellent, quick, efficient work. Recently they also quickly came to take care of a hornet’s nest for us. I feel safe knowing Paul and his team are there if we need anything! They are so pleasant to work with and so quick and responsive which is so crucial for this type of issue!

I called and spoke to Paul regarding the removal of a birds nest. He told me $325 which includes the removal, clean up and spraying of the bedrooms for the bird mites. Service was prompt however the price changed tob$375. Also the worker did not communicate Anything to me regarding the process. He seemed very much in a rush. He left debree in my daughter's bedroom and when I mentioned if he could vacuum he just said it is fine with him just using his hands to pick up degree off her carpet. He didn't wait for me to enter the house and didn't put on booties even after I asked. The birds are gone so I'm happy with that. I think he left food of some sort not sure the reason, maybe to kill other birds? I was concerned if birds would then die on the roof or elsewhere myself on my property, he assured no. However I am hoping for the best. He did spray but it was extremely fast and not the entire room. Only the AC and a corner of the room. He said the spray is strong enough. Again, I'm hoping it is. I was concerned about the fumes, he assured that 5 minutes after spraying, it is then fine for me n my daughter to b in the room. For safety I will wait a few more hours. Overal they are swift in arrival, pricing is sketchy and customer service not the best once job is done or during the job.

Got a consultation and fix in one day for some birds which we heard camping in our vent, they removed all the nesting materials that were in there, put the wire barrier up and also put some white paste looking thing on it which is apparently a bird repellent so that they don’t try to keep pecking at the entrance to get back in. Explained what type of bird was making the nest and also the risk of bird mites to the unit if we didn’t remove it.

I initially reached out to Priority 1 Pest Control to handle a complaint from my tenant about a potential animal in a vent. Paul quoted me $450 and said he would send someone. Approximately 20 minutes later I called to cancel the service as my family checked the vent and there was no animal there. Paul confirmed cancellation over the phone with me but he NEVER MENTIONED that I would be charged anyway. When I called Paul to question the charge, he answered the first time and told me “to call the office during normal business hours”. I proceeded to call every day for the next 5 days with my call being ignored every time. I even called from another phone and when he realized it was me, he refused to speak to me about the issue again. Thankfully I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card, but I will be filing a report with the BBB as well.
