My family has used Jay’s multiple times for both insects and rodents, and seeing the difference between them and other exterminating companies is big. They are our go to without a doubt. The service is such high quality and so effective. We recommend them to all our family and friends and they have all been extremely satisfied as well! 10/10 recommend!

They cut open the bottom of the sofas when they went to my mom’s apartment. The instructions they gave her in Spanish didn’t say they were going to do such thing, I called and told them that they should update this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. The person I talked to got mad and said we are in America and they don’t have to do that in Spanish. If you own a business you should treat your clients with respect and equality it doesn’t matter were they come from. Is not like you are doing this for free.
