I called to let them know to transfer the service, and the tech talked me into getting one service done at the old house for the people moving in. When we started noticing spiders, flies, centipedes and other bugs after their treatments, we called for retreats. Guy called me before coming out for a noon appointment. Said he wanted to tip me off that if I had visible termite damage from 20 years ago he would have to fail my report to my loan company in a refi. Scam!
