I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. The services provided were incomplete compared to what was advertised on their website, which amounts to false advertising. When I raised these concerns, the staff were rude, yelling at me and even hanging up during our conversation. I was given misinformation and had to contact the company multiple times before they finally addressed part of the issue. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. The only thing that was good about this company was the price, that's why I even gave them one star; otherwise it would have been zero star. Yet I would rather pay more if it meant I will receive the work that was promised. Professionalism is the key to a good business.

I promise you, you won't find someone better than Enoch. I called around as a complete novice on my mouse problem and he saved the day. He has a shirt that says "the neighborhood hero" and that is absolutely true! His company is all the things: Reliable, Honest, Knowledgeable (they know a LOT about these pests), and just so nice. Thank you so much, if I could give you ten stars, I would. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't call you. There are so many weird companies out there that just don't offer what you offer. Iv been using Enoch for the past 4 years for all sorts of different pest problems. He’s always on time and very knowledgeable and thorough. He educates us on why we are having the problems and how to eradicate the issue. Id recommend him anyone having issues with pests.

I had a mouse infestation in my apartment and the apartment complex told me to wait a week which had me on edge. I reached out to Enoch and he came same day! His investigation was insanely thorough to the point where you automatically feel at ease. He’s refreshingly professionally and extremely knowledgeable. I wish I could give 10 stars and if I am being honest he doesn’t charge enough for the incredible service he does. 10/10 recommend for all your exterminating needs!

What Enoch doesn’t tell you is that he is highly skilled in getting rid of termites too. He is very professional, courteous, helpful and reasonably priced. He does what he says he will do which is rare these days. I had a pretty active termite infestation. These guys came with the proper tools to handle it all. An awesome experience! We knew once we saw a mouse in our house that we needed a professional. We looked for a local service and found Enoch! We signed up for the 3 part full service to abate the issue. He was extremely thorough, walking us through the process. We will definitely use him again.

After seeing a mouse in our home, we took advantage of Enoch's "full package deal"! For all three visits, Enoch took his time to go through our entire home to treat the walls and help us plug up entry points. He's very knowledgeable and professional and shared what we needed to do in between visits. He was kind and patient with all of our questions and fears, which helped make things go smoothly and easily. If you need an exterminator, this is indeed the place to call.

Awesome experience! First and foremost Enoch and his staff were extremely professional and personable. Enoch to the time to explain what he was doing, applying and why. Then executed the work with focus and recommended to check the work to be sure we were happy. We are and locked in for the package that is provided for the year! More importantly Enoch is a great man. My Son is on the spectrum, limited verbal skills and can get very excited with new faces! Enoch and his staff were so friendly and took him in seamlessly. Enoch takes care of the problem fast and efficiently. We had a yellow jacket problem and the nesting areas were treated. They came back and nested in a new area, Enoch came back within our warranty time and took care of it. I highly recommend Enoch!!

Enoch is awesome. I can't even exaggerate it. We had gotten ants in a few areas of our house every Spring. The company I used last year didn't get the job done so this year I looked for someone else online. After seeing the reviews I gave Enoch a shot and he delivered. We haven't seen ants in the month since he was here. When he came out he was incredibly professional, friendly and thorough. He's also just a great dude. If you need an exterminator give this guy a call. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve used Enoch twice recently, the first time for ants and the second time for carpenter bees. They were out both times within 24 hours and the treatments have worked wonderfully. Would recommend time and time again

Enoch is the man!! I had an issue with ants coming into the house and after review of many different exterminators online in my area- I came across Enoch Exterminating. I called and got an appointment within the next day, and when Enoch showed up, he evaluated the entire extent of the issue, talked me through what is happening, what caused the issue, and what can be done to prevent the issue (after the treatment). I can confirm the other reviews are true, Enoch isn’t going to show up at your door and try to sell you some premium membership that requires monthly payments and so on and so forth (like some of these other big companies). He will lay out your options and let you decide what works best for you. He educates you through the process and is very respectful of your house (doesn’t make a mess nor move anything around without your consent). As for the ants issue that I called Enoch for: after initial treatment - we haven’t seen any more issues! Just had a follow up appointment with Enoch and it seems the issue may now be controlled. Highly recommended him for any extermination/pest control services!

Adopted a kitten that came with fleas and soon enough my other cat had them and my entire house was infested. found Enoch on google, called me right back, explained the treatments. Came out when I wasn't even home. Second treatment he worked around my schedule so I could be home. Very professional. He Even gave me a warranty and said if I find anymore he will come back for free treatments. Been flea free ever since. Don't waste time or money with chain exterminators.
