First I talked to Tony. He was very knowledgeable and he didn’t try to nickel and dime me for everything. He took the time to listen to what we needed and educated us on what are issue was. Then Derek came out to get rid of the yellowjackets and he found the nest and caught the queen. Within 24hrs our infestation dropped drastically. Derek talked me through the process and what to expect afterwards. I was told by both Tony and Derek that the yellowjackets should be gone within 5 to 7 days and they were. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if needed will call them again. Best service!

If you're seeking a pest control company with reasonable and knowledgeable employees, Secure Pest Services is for you. Tony and Gabe are fantastic. Their knowledge of insect life and nature is very much akin to an entomologist and really interesting to listen to. In addition, they charge a reasonable price, show up to your home in a prompt manner, and make sure that the job is done. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with unwanted pests in their home.

I called Secure on Thursday evening because I was freaked out about finding some ants in my kitchen cabinets (ew!). Tony was able to arrange an almost immediate appointment for my service. Friday morning, 0600, they were in my driveway (starting earlier than their typical time because I wasn't available that afternoon). Shawn W. was my technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, and he was upbeat and positive as well! He was the perfect mix of efficient service and a friendly attitude - everything you'd want in an early morning service. Here we are now, just 3 days later, and I don't remember the last time I saw an ant. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, effective AND affordable - what more could you ask for from a pest services company? Amazing service amazing technician and very reasonable price

Well I hate to admit it but we have field mice... thankfully we also have Secure Pest services and our fantastic exterminator and pest controller, Shawn! We are excited to have our home treated and protected over the following months and look forward to the additional services offered to keep our home free of all critters. I called Secure Pest Services to remove a wasp nest from my home. Derrick, the exterminator, was incredibly professional, responsive and courteous. Just had my first secure pet services visit! This was a great experience. Tony was very helpful on the phone and had a tech come out the same day to help with a rodent issue. It’s holiday time so I really appreciated that. Shawn, my technician, was so great! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He listened to all of my concerns. I was really worried about my cats getting into things and he was very careful about not putting anything in places they could access. He took his time and made me feel like we’ll be able to tackle this stressful situation together!! Also he deserves a raise for hanging out in my crawl spaces LOL.

Steve came out and helped us figure out what noise we were hearing. He broke it down of what it could be and proceeded to set the needed traps.. he was very informative and patient..
