Issue in the basement for years with spider crickets. I’m on a contract so clearly not important. I have call multiple times to get a tech out here to swap out full glue traps. Called the office today at 9:40 to get a guy back to clean up the mess they left and as of this review 45 minutes later I don’t have a call back or a text. We called a week or two ago for a termite inspection to refinance our VA home loan. After one no call/no show appointment on Saturday, we called again and were rescheduled for another inspection appointment yesterday afternoon. We again got a no call/no show and were unable to get a hold of anyone to assist.
