Issue in the basement for years with spider crickets. I’m on a contract so clearly not important. I have call multiple times to get a tech out here to swap out full glue traps. Called the office today at 9:40 to get a guy back to clean up the mess they left and as of this review 45 minutes later I don’t have a call back or a text. I've had two other companies come out and I wasn't happy with the results, and the prices were crazy. Getting in touch with Cooper Pest Solution was the best thing I did. They sent Rafael, and he was super friendly, knew his stuff, respected my place, and got amazing results! He told me exactly what my problems were and then took care of them. Great consistent service - Frank is friendly, timely, detailed, responsive to any issues or questions, willing to stop by any time in between routine visits for any concerns at no extra charge, and equally important, has been effective with pest control. Also noteworthy is the integrity. He stopped by to do the quarterly service but saw the snow and ice around the house and decided to come back at a later date to do the work properly. Happy to recommend him and the firm.
