Not only was he kind and respectful, but very knowledgeable and eager to share that knowledge with us to give us some peace of mind when it comes to monitoring for insects in the future. The entire team at Agile Pest Control was a delight. Got a call back the next day on a Sunday for my raccoon problem. Isaac showed up on time in the freezing cold and was able to quickly identify my issue. Was very informative and provided step by step on what he was doing/going to do. Was able to work out the schedule after the inspection to set up traps / one way trap to prevent the raccoon from coming in but allowing it out. In case it was hiding out in all the insulation. The invoicing and client portal was very clean and easy to use. Follow up from Gwen was also great. Very impressed. Signed up for their annual pest control also as we've been getting a ton of wasp in the area.

Recently discovered a serious yellow jacket infestation on the side of my home and eventually started seeing yellow jackets inside the house. After killing nearly a dozen in a day in my dining room, I searched for help. After seeing the wonderful reviews for Agile, I called and they answered immediately. George was quick to send Isaac out to inspect and after finding the nest, we made a plan. He explained everything in detail and gave me several options. He worked quickly and efficiently and walked me through every step. He educated me on what to look for post treatment and let me know I could reach out any time. Highly recommend. Terrible Service – Misleading and Unprofessional I scheduled a one-time pest control service for my backyard because I was hosting an event in August and wanted my yard sprayed before guests arrived. I made it very clear that this was for a single service only, not a contract. Despite that, the company emailed me a misleading yearly contract with an initial $150 fee and recurring monthly charges — something neither the representative nor the admin on the phone ever disclosed when I booked the service. No one told me I had to sign anything beforehand, and as a result, they simply didn’t show up on the agreed date (Friday). My event was on Sunday, so timing was critical. When I called on Saturday, the owner answered and at first said he would try to send someone that day. I was relieved — but then he demanded my credit card for a monthly payment plan, even though I had clearly asked for a one-time service. When I refused, he rudely told me they wouldn’t come because it “wasn’t worth it” for them. He then offered to send someone Monday — after my event was over, making the service completely useless. This was unprofessional, rude, and misleading from start to finish. They wasted my time, ruined my plans, and tried to pressure me into a contract I never wanted. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable pest control service.

For clarity on the timeline: we performed a free inspection on Tuesday, 8/12 and, as always, provided a proposal that included both a one-time service option and our year-round protection plan so clients have full flexibility in how they move forward. We were prepared to begin service that same day, but no option was authorized at that time.<br><br>After reviewing our call logs, we can confirm we did not hear back from you until Saturday morning, 8/16. A signed proposal for the year-round plan was submitted late Friday evening (8/15) after our service schedule had ended. When we followed up early Saturday morning (8/16) to confirm, it became clear there was a misunderstanding — while the signed agreement was for our annual program, your intention was for a one-time service. Given that this clarification came on a Saturday in the middle of our busiest season, we were unfortunately unable to provide a same-day visit before your Sunday event.<br><br>While the timing did not work out in this case, our proposals are always designed to be transparent and flexible, offering both one-time and year-round options. Our team remains committed to delivering clear, dependable service to every client we serve.

So far I am very pleased with Agile Pest Control. I think that with a smaller business I will get the support/feedback needed unlike larger companies I’ve used in the past. My tech Issac was very informative and answered all the questions I had for him. Unfortunately I can’t give it 5 stars until I see results but so far I’m happy with it
