He was respectful, knowledgeable and friendly from the moment he called to let us know he arrived, put on protective booties, explained the process in detail, and made sure we were well informed, and answered all of our questions. This is our first experience with Green Pest Solutions. We are long overdue for pest control; mice and crickets. Been trying to keep up with glue traps for several years now. When a mouse ran across the living room my wife had had enough. She called all her girlfriends and Green Pest Solutions came back highly recommended. Our technician was Mason. A very nice and knowledgeable young man. We did the grand tour together and thoroughly reviewed all the spaces that needed to be treated for mice and crickets, basement, crawl space, first floor, attic, kitchen sink cabinet. Mason was great ! He was very patient as we went throughout the whole house. Then he went work. When he was done we did a walkthrough and everything was exactly as we had reviewed. Feels great to know pest control has been done properly, safely and thoroughly.Mason did a great job! 👍👍 Look forward to working with Mason when he next returns. Overall an excellent experience. Nice know they have our back. FIVE STARS * * * * * Follow-up visit. Mason was back this evening. Since his first visit we have discovered several areas we missed. Mason went with us throughout the house again. Our mice had emptied all the trays of poison and were restocked. He was able to find what appears to be a route in the basement where the mice come in and out. So tomorrow I’ll get foam and seal the hole. What we were finding were areas where mice had been some time ago and we didn’t know. Mason reinspected the crawl space, redistributed and restocked the mouse poison, set some more traps. Overall we’re making great progress in getting rid of the mice. Mason was also back after the snow melted to treat the outside of our house. Once again five stars *****

I so far I’m very happy with my services from Green Pest solutions and I’m glad I chose them to keep my home protected. Today was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Carlos and the service he provides is, once again, above and beyond my expectations. He is very knowledgeable in everything he does, is great with communication and you can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. It was also fun to see the look of pure joy on his face when he removed a giant dead beetle in my basement that I was afraid to touch lol

Great experience from beginning to end. From on phone conversations with Chris to meeting Johnny. Special shoutout to Johnny! Johnny was able to locate the issue and tackle it with great precision. Also believe he went above and beyond to make sure my pesky pest situation is quickly resolved and that I was well informed throughout the entire walkthrough.

Had a little pest issue and decided to reach out to Greenpest. The day of my service Johnny M. Was sent out as the tech. Johnny had a great personality and was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. I would recommend Greenpest to everyone moving forward.
