Difficult to get a hold of anyone to change an appointment two days out. I didn’t even make the appointment as they put you on their schedule without confirming! They send you an email before the appointment. It’s VERY inconvenient. We have used them year round for prevention for over 10 years but no longer satisfied with their customer service. Would just like to personally point out sales associate Joe Baciotti. I called SPECIFICALLY stating I had a spotted lantern fly nest on my ROOF and in my GUTTERS. Joe ASSURED me they would spray the ROOF. I stated again I did not want my grass or trees sprayed and he again assured me it would be my roof. We hired Ehrlich last summer - winter. At first everything was great and the technicians were prompt and helpful. Then suddenly our tech, Justin, stopped showing up. We would schedule, be given a 5 hr time window, and were completely ghosted repeatedly.
