We have been using Driven Pest Services for several months now. Brandon’s explanation of what is needed and what needs to be addressed is outstanding. We use Driven for our business and our home. The inspection report he emailed to us is very thorough and informative. We also received pictures and videos. Brandon goes over it w you and designs services that are catered to your needs to protect your home or business from pests. If there are areas that need to be protected or repaired example gaps or holes, he advises. We have a monthly service and a report is provided each time Brandon services the bait stations. If he notices anything that needs our attention, we receive pictures and videos. Previously we had another company that only came 4 times a year. Stations were always empty and there was no schedule they just came when it was convenient for them. Brandon contacts us to advise he is coming and when. Customer service and customer experience is outstanding. Highly recommend Driven Pest Services.

Brandon did a great job! I called him in the morning about a yellow jacket nest in the siding of my house. He came out that same day and within 25 hours the yellow jackets were gone!! Such a relief!
