Brian was punctual, friendly, and competent. We live in a wooded environment so field mice find their way in via the garage. Brian did a thorough inspection of basement, garage and attic. He placed bait stations in those 3 areas and then walked around outside perimeter of house and placed a couple more. He talked about the process and said he would return in 2 weeks. If we experienced any problems, he said don’t hesitate to contact COWLEYS. Overall, Brian is a great representative of his company.

I wasn't home and only an outside walk around was performed. Cowley's has kept us bug free so far.

Service is great as always. Was not happy with the careless of the tech. He sprayed the exterior and then entered the house with mudy shoes. All my carpets and rugs were filty. My white bathroom rug not sure if it is going to be able to save it. Might have to throw it out.

Bait and switch, advertising free estimate for pest control services. Calls day of inspection saying he has cancellation. After conversation wants to charge $195 for inspection. Bait and switch folks. Explains why he had a last minute cancellation, now he has two

Mike was great. Explained everything addressed my concerns and gave pertinent information. Would give 5stars but this is my first visit. I need to see how this will go.

I had a squirrel that chewed a hole into my attic and would chew on the beams in the middle of the night (which sounded like a jackhammer). Even after I sealed up the hole I found, it continued to come in and I couldn't get rid of it, regardless of what I tried, so finally I called them. The first technician they sent out said he needed a second guy for the job, and rescheduled me several days, which was aggravating. However, when Keith and Steve came out they did a thorough inspection of my roof and finally determined where the hole was (under my solar panels, a foot from the edge of the roof). Unfortunately, because of where it was located they were unable to close the hole. They did however set up traps both on my roof and the ground to try to catch the squirrels. They also scheduled me for a solar exclusion, to keep the squirrels out. They checked the traps for several days and sent daily reports, but unfortunately did not succeed in trapping any, and then set up the exclusion with a one way and traps in my attic just in case the squirrel got trapped in there. They checked the traps every day, and removed the traps and sealed up the exclusion three days later. So far so good, I haven't heard any squirrels in my attic since the exclusion went up, which I am happy about. I'm less thrilled that there's still an open hole in my roof and the squirrel is still out there, especially for what I paid (in the thousands). But they really seemed like they made an effort to catch the squirrels, so I can't exactly fault them if the squirrels wouldn't cooperate.

The technician who came to my home was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything as he went along and told me what to expect and what his follow-up would be. I was very pleased with him.
