Charles and Brandon are great at what they do. I needed service for my house and received the best service.

Good experience with the tech, he was super nice. Prices are extremely high for what service we got. For a carpenter bee remediation, I paid $677 regardless of the size of the problem. Its a one size price. I had to get 3 holes on the front porch and 1 on the back porch “remediated” for a refinance. 4 holes, the tech was in and out in half hour, and filled the holes with a dust that was maybe $100 for a 3 pound bucket. When asked for an itemized invoice, the rep just said they don’t do that. Good service just be aware prices are not dependent on the time or size of your problem.

I feel so blessed to find Charles. I had a really bad mice infestation and felt very overwhelmed. Charles was very calming and aggressive in addressing the issue from many different angles. I started to see results immediately! Over the next 6 weeks, Charles and his company would check in to monitor the issue. Charles even went over and beyond when he came to my house and saw my laundry room had flooded. I wasn't home and he took care of the issue. Charles is amazing and knowledgeable! Thank you Charles! You did an excellent job and I feel comfortable being in my home now!!!

We were having a springtail issue and nothing was solving our problem. This company guaranteed removal and showed up promptly to help. Their professionalism is unmatched and no corner was left unturned. We live in a wooded area and have used Viking monthly and there is no comparison to the big masters service! Great business experience. Contacted this business for wasp nests around our home. They promptly returned my call and set an appointment. I received an email/text and calls to remind me of the appointment and confirmation of times. I needed to reschedule and rebooking was easy. The phone service agent was friendly and helpful. At the appointment, the service person identified the wasp nests and assessed our home for other problem areas. He explained what to expect after wasp treatment and safety precautions. We are really pleased with their service and would recommend them to others.
