We've used Arkadia for over one year and their services have been fantastic! We've had a few insect issues that they were able to solve quickly. Spraying to avoid mosquitoes has been effective since we have a creek behind our house. We also appreciate that the products they use are safe and natural.

We live in Sparta on a large property and have had an annual contract with Arkadia for the past three years. They are a great small(ish) company to work with! Prompt, effective and very communicative. The techs are kind, knowledgeable, patient and always available for explanations and advice. And, best of all, the property always smells SO NICE after a treatment!

We've been using Arkadia for many years. Their staff and technicians are always prompt, courteous, and professional. They take time to explain their findings and options for treatment. I especially like how they approach each situation, attempting to balance our comfort and safety with the surrounding environment. They posses a genuine appreciation for the ingenuity of some pests. I always learn something when they visit and they have always been successful in their prescribed treatments.

I have never used an exterminator prior to contacting Arkadia. My sister recommended them since they use eco friendly products and for their top notch customer service. I was very pleased with the technician who came out. He provided me with all the science behind their products and showed me all the areas we needed to repair to avoid future problems. I would highly recommend using Arkadia for any pest issues!

Upfront it seems like a great service but they really do not do prevention, just reactive service. I have to call every time I see something in the house I don’t like and then they come. When you pay over $1400 upfront you kind of anticipate that they will come regularly to keep bugs at bay, but we routinely end up with spiders and ants and then have to wait for service. We did flea and tick outside and I have to be honest, I don’t see fleas or ticks but the way their tech sprays I cannot imagine they have anything to do with it. They essentially only spray the shrubs next to the house, but the real issue would be the perimeter. Two good things: 1. Very responsive when we call/email and 2. The spray smells really good. I am just not convinced the service is worth the large upfront fee.

So far so good!!! We had recently moved into our house and unpacked to realize we had a mouse issue a couples weeks later!! So the stress of moving into a house from an apartment, to then moving to a new area, to then finding out we had a small mouse infestation was the top of the cake. Here i am googling exterminators but I was looking for a service that was eco friendly and that was the most humane service that resolved the issue. I found Arkadia through google and their positive reviews. I will say their reviews are accurate! I called and spoke with the girls to schedule- was able to get an appointment ASAP that worked around my schedule. James came first to handle the issue- he was thorough, explained all the steps he was going to do to resolve the issues and then he would come back in a couple of weeks to check. (That falls on me with calling back to schedule them for follow ups- and I got busy so it was about a month when he returned) We then had Tommy come to follow up who is equally as pleasant and thorough. So long story short- our mouse issue I think is fully resolved. We haven’t seen a mouse in the trap in over a month and a half, and no sign of them. Thank you everyone at Arkadia for helping me be able to sleep soundly without feeling like their are mice everywhere. Highly recommend Arkadia for your pest problems!!
