Amazing service. David came out late in the night to check things out and confirmed what was in our attic. He inspected the entire perimeter of the house, investigated and found the path of entry. He then came out the next day to fully search and clear my attic and proceeded to secure the areas the animal was attempting to break in. Absolutely incredible service and professionalism. Silver Bullet Pest Control is an excellent service. The owner/operator was at my home in less than 30 minutes from my panicked phone call. We were away on a family vacation and this wasp/hornets nest developed and we didn't realize it. My son who is severely allergic to bees stings looked up and saw this monstrosity hanging off the roof 😳 i called the 1st number I saw. Professional, knowledgeable, understanding and good price ! Exterminator has came to bomb my house 3 times an I still have roaches because they refuse to bomb all the apartments around me and have the audacity to blame me A TENANT for the infestation. I’m the cleanest person around me I will never be so dirty to the point I would have an infestation ESPECIALLY FOR THE SIMPLE FACT I HAVE A 10month old baby! So heartless people are so quick to lie instead of doing their job to make the tenants happy . They gave false information saying the playpen my baby plays in has been infested with roaches everywhere under the playpen matt an are blaming that for the infestation they are trying to clearly cover up. I looked throughout that whole entire playpen (even though I know it was not the playpen hence it’s brand new !) and not one roach was found anywhere inside of it so they lied. I would choose my pest control very wisley if I were you guys, I have never had such a bad exterminator. I am not the type to write bad reviews but this deserves one for everything they have put me through. God bless and hope nobody has to go through that.

It's understandable that you feel upset and frustrated, particularly given that you have a 10-month-old baby to care for.<br>It's important to note that while pest control professionals can certainly be helpful in addressing infestations, it's not always a straightforward process. Sometimes, multiple treatments are necessary, and even then, it may be difficult to completely eradicate the pests.<br>In this situation we have communicated clearly with Landlord and the tenant and provided information and instruction on the importance of disposing of the item. We have explained the risks associated with keeping the item and the potential consequences of not taking appropriate action.<br>None of neighboring tenants have complaint or reported of any pest control issues. <br><br>Your non-compliance with our advice and unwillingness to dispose of the item is making it more difficult for us to control the infestation. Additionally, we have video evidence showing that your playpen has an active roach infestation, but you have refused to work with us in order to eradicate the problem.<br>

Wanted to post an updated review. We originally had our service done in April of 2019. This April, the termite ‘swarmers’ came back along with carpenter ants. Fortunately we were still within our year of service and they did the treatment again, but this time we also treated for ants. But, our problem unfortunately was not solved. I am stuck killing termites and carpenter ants on a daily basis. We ended up going to Home Depot and buying a spray. After we sprayed, hundreds of ants & termites came out (they were barely moving from the spray). The spray that we bought seems to be more effective than the treatment done by the company. 😨 Also, would just like to mention that there is poor communication between the owner and the person that comes to spray the house. They each told me and my husband different things about the day of the retreatment. I called this company one evening when a bunch of bugs that I’ve never seen before came out in my basement.. I was able to send Dave a picture and he right away confirmed it was termites! 😓 Eddie came the following morning and did a full estimate for us. He was out here today and took care of the termite and mice problem.. Eddie was so nice and super helpful! We will be recommending this company to everyone. Thank you Dave & Eddie for the quick & amazing service! 😊
