Technician was very good, very knowledgeable.

It's my second time using Gaia Pest Control. They have been attentive and professional. So far we are getting good results exterminating my little pest problem.

Paul was very professional and over communicative. He walked thru the entire home and provided me with treatment options. After his treatment was completed, I didn't hear or see any signs of activity. THANK YOU PAUL!!!

Great service!! We had a yellow jackets nest going under our house. I called Gaia and Paul came out that same day. His level of professionalism and knowledge are above and beyond most service companies, especially in this area. We haven't had a problem since. Will definitely use Gaia again and highly recommend!

I had a pretty nasty yellowjacket infestation under the foundation of my house which I tried to take care of myself with no luck. I called Gaia and Paul came out right away and treated the nest. He was very professional and it was obvious he knows what he is doing. I now have no more issues with yellowjackets. I would highly recommend Gaia Pest Control to anyone experiencing issues with pests.

Gaia Pest Control was fantastic and what was the interesting about this rule is we somewhat stumbled upon them. About a month ago we called the Bergen County Animal Control thinking they could help us with respect to a skunk that took up residency underneath the shade of our emerald greens shrubs. BCAC informed us that unless the animal appears to be physically harming people there wasn't much they can do and suggested we reach out to our local police outfit. We called our local Maywood police who said they would send an officer and said they will see if there is a pest control partner they could reach out to. So, about 10 mins later I walk outside ready to meet the officer and I see Gaia Pest Control. So I introduced myself and thanked him for coming so quickly. He responded and said ok, but I'm just here to spray the property across my side street for insect control. I was beyond surprised and said Maywood Police didn't contact you and give you some background that a resident has a skunk problem, he cordially said no, but said, "If you want I can try and help." I jumped all over this especially since it was a Saturday in the later afternoon. What can I say, Paul was beyond cordial, incredibly professional and humanely captured our skunk friend and even informed us he would take it to an animal sanctuary in Northern NJ which made us happy. Yes, don't like skunks, but wasn't looking for the animal to be euthanized. On top of all of this, I asked if he charged by the 1/2 hr or was there a fixed rate. He absolutely floored me and said you would be a first time customer so whatever you're comfortable with. Seriously? Really? Am I dreaming? We made an offer and he said that was more than fair. If you have an insect and/or pest problem, don't think twice. Don't reach out to those corporate powerhouses (you know who they are) and pay an exorbitant amount of money. Paul is your man, your answer and he will do whatever it takes to ensure you're pleased/happy with the services he provides. Thank you for making our problem a non-issue. Sincerely,

Best pest control company I ever had. Lauren is so helpful and friendly and John the exterminator got rid of all the insects in and around my home.

First time using Gaia pest control and it was a wonderful experience . Very knowledgeable, professional, and had a lot of experience. He sprayed all the areas even patched the gaps where the centipedes were coming from. He educated me as well, and was very patient and kind. The best hands down, way better than the other company I was using before. Gaia, is straight to the point and very professional. I have a very crazy work schedule and he accommodated me. Lauren is also very pleasant, and professional. She scheduled my appointment very quickly and also made everything smooth. I will be using them for routine maintenance since I live in an apartment building. They are very good in price as well which is very important in this time!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my senior father who needed help with pest control around the house. We received services from Gaia Pest Control twice now for both indoor and outdoor services! The first time Paul showed up right on time on a rainy Sunday and was such a great young gentleman. My father specifically told me to mention, “He’s simply the best!” And second time Ivan came and he was very energetic and thorough in his task, willing to climb onto the very top of the house to tackle the issue with bees, which is no longer a problem! Finally, my parents can sit back and enjoy their time relaxing outdoors without a worry! We were surprised how quick, efficient, and hassle free the entire process was! Receptionist was also very kind and flexible in scheduling around our availability! 10/10 recommend this company for all pest control services! Great team of professionals, and highly recommend them for all pest related issues!

We called Gaia about an infestation of spotted lantern flies in our burning bush. The tech was here the next day! Jani was an excellent technician, friendly, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. All the lantern fly nimphs are gone! He will be back two more times over the summer to treat again. Added bonus… the treatment also includes mosquitoes! A real problem for us, with a large nursery next door that waters daily. Having called many other pest control services and being very dissatisfied with their service, I highly recommend Gaia. Lauren, in the office is a pleasure and goes above and beyond to care for her customers needs. All-around great experience.
