The person on the phone was friendly and helpful, set us up for an inspection within the week. The guy who showed up was a creep who made inappropriate comments about/to my kid and seemed surprised when I was deadpan unamused. He showed up an hour early and then called me at work, wanting to know when I'd be there. Showed my kid videos of termite infestations to create alarm and then every question I asked, he'd say, "Like I already explained.." as if I wasn't the customer. Completely unprofessi

I originally read it this as a five star review because I trusted what I was told when I signed a contract for a monthly pest control maintenance. I called about three weeks after I signed the contract and said that I thought I either found a water bug or some identified bug in my basement. I asked if they could come and look at it and spray and I was told that it would be a different separate charge. Originally, I was told that that is not covered under the quarterly spray is termites. Signed up for a year pest control for moles. They set traps in October through November and pulled up the traps in November. They never came back. When I called in August they said it was my responsibility to contact them to come back out. This was never communicated to me. When I asked for a refund they denied it.
