I stopped in to get a quote for wedding centerpiece flowers and was completely taken aback by how rude and dismissive Patti was from the moment I walked in. Her tone was condescending, and I genuinely felt like my business wasn’t wanted. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially when you’re planning something as meaningful as a wedding. A word of advice: if you want your business to grow, start by respecting and educating your customers—instead of belittling them.

We live in Florida and our girls live in NJ. Pat does not disappoint us, as we can her trust to do her best. She goes above and beyond for her customers.

She did a lovely job making a bouquet for my daughter and I. Thank you so much for your help and beautiful creativity!

She was kind, compassionate, and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Forget FTD cookie cuter -let Delsea Florist design something beautiful.

I love going here for any occasion to get flowers. Super friendly and very helpful. I love going in and chit chatting and hearing the stories. Most importantly the flowers are ALWAYS done beautifully. The husband and wife run florist is where I go and definitely where I recommend anyone to go when in need of flowers!

Great customer service! I do not live in the area and Googled local florist and found good reviews so I called to order flowers for my granddaughter. They helped me pick out flowers sight unseen. My son sent me a picture of the flowers and they were beyond beautiful and she even included a balloon. I will definitely purchase from them again!

I really wanted to use this florist to deliver flowers to my sister who is recovering from surgery. I live in Florida but recognize the shop from the online picture (I am a S Jersey Native) so I thought it would be neat to use a local florist that's a few blocks away from my sister's home. Unfortunately, Pat turned me off really bad. Every question I asked her she would talk about what equates to the overhead cost of running her business. I don't think my questions were unreasonable since I merely asked do you have a website...which was followed by how she had a website for 5 years and it cost X amount of dollars so her accountant told her...blah blah blah! I was still going to move forward with ordering from her by looking at FTD websites to come to an agreement on an arrangement....but it just got to be too much when I asked what the delivery charge would be (Pat had already provided a ballpark price so this is a reasonable question) to the 3100 block of N Delsea Dr...well she starting going on about the address numbers have been changed for 911 purposes and every time she goes out for a delivery it cost her insurance...whoa...what the world! I just wanted an arrangement delivered to my sister! Know that I am not insensitive to the out of pocket expenses of running a business and especially small mom & pop businesses (my parents were business owners in the 70's-80's) but come on...enough already...geez!! I had to go with someone else. I hope Pat gets a receptionist so she doesn't turn off any more future potential new customers. Message directly to Pat "you gotta stay up with the changes to stay in the game to run a business or it will be just a hobby" She sounded like a nice lady just grouchy & maybe tired? I'm giving her one star based on my one experience...1 for 1.
