In response to the owner feedback: While the lack of communication is problematic, the overall customer service and inability to manage escalations is equally problematic. I got scammed into a $117.25 a month contract for them to come 4 times, plus an initial start up fee. I spoke to them on the phone and wanted them to come out but was unsure of a contract. I never signed! They took my verbal ok as a 1 year contract and are now putting me into Collections for over $600. They record your phone calls! I already paid $600, for 4 visits.
