I called several companies to try to get them out on a weekend, and Clearview Pest Control was the one who answered professionally and solved my problems. They scheduled me within two days and took care of my backyard, front porch, garage, and throughout the house. Mike was super thorough, professional, and very courteous. Definitely could not recommend enough.

Clearview Pest Control are one of the best! We were having issues with pest for a while and everyone we worked with couldn’t fix the issue or wanted to just sell us a subscription. Once I spoke to Mike I knew we were in good hands. He talked me through every step of the process we needed, how it would work and what we could do to continue having the issue resolved. He answered all of our questions, at crazy hours I might add, and gave us the peace of mind knowing we were finally in good hands with a company that actually cared. He didn’t just try to sell me a monthly subscription, he wanted to ensure our problem was solved and he did just that. If you need any kind of pest help at all Mike from Clearview should be your first and only call!

We had a raccoon in our backyard, it was barely alive when I saw it first. I called the Clearview around 7 am and Mike answered! He was very accommodating with the schedule and came to do the job before 11 am that day. Mike was able to capture the raccoon and informed us that he was going to take it to some clinic affiliated with the Bronx Zoo for evaluation. It was a huge relief for me to know that the poor creature would get the help it needed. Mike was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Clearview services to anyone.

I highly recommend Clearview Pest Control. They are clearly very professional and knowledgeable. Mike Medina came out immediately when I contacted them about a bee nest in our walls and identified the problem quickly. As well as they resolved the problem, I was actually most impressed by Mike's honesty. He clearly explained in advance options that might be required from a simple one-time spraying, to having to open up a wall in an extreme case (which wasn't necessary in my case). After googling and finding this company and all the good reviews I decided to try them. They charged us $150 for an inspection for which they requested payment before the service was rendered. That should've been the first red flag. Despite this I proceeded. He showed up, did the inspection and promised to provide a report of his findings. He proceeded to sell us on a monthly subscription and then recommended we utilize some highly toxic dust for mice, even after we clarified we had a kid and a dog. Anyway he leaves and the next day sends a quote for the dust treatment. When we asked about the report he claimed he doesnt do that but he would do it since we were expecting one (on the day of the inspection he def said he'd provide a report). To this day we haven't heard back from him. We moved on and found a legit exterminator with whom we continued services with and resolved our issue. Also this exterminator said to us he would NEVER recommend such a highly toxic dust treatment with kids and a dog as it is very risky.

Mike is the best. I contacted the company in 2024 during the spring due to a termite problem and got in touch with Mike. He answered my questions, soothed my fears, and got rid of the problem quickly. He's cordial, professional, and always available to answer questions. I'm glad to have found him. If only I could give more than 5 stars. Just three weeks ago I had a problem with wasp nests on my home. Called Mike, and as always, he answered the phone, took care of my concerns, and in no time eliminated the threat. I am a happy customer. Thanks a million, Clearview!

I discovered bugs in my basement around midnight and was desperate to find help. I reached out to about 10 exterminators, hoping someone could come on a Sunday. Mike was available Monday, so I booked him—but later canceled when I found someone who could come sooner. That Sunday, the other exterminator arrived and quoted me $699 for the job, then suddenly dropped it by $300 when I hesitated, which didn’t sit right with me. I decided to cancel and asked a close friend for a trusted exterminator—he gave me Mike’s number, not realizing I had already spoken to him! I called Mike again, and he immediately recognized my voice. Despite the last-minute change, he was kind enough to fit me back into his Monday schedule. He was pleasant, professional, incredibly accommodating, and very affordable. His customer service was truly top-notch. Thank you, Mike!

Mike was amazing, I called around 7am and he came out same day early afternoon. He was thorough and efficient he inspected my entire apartment and exposed all the entry points that was leading to our pest issue. His prices are fair and he explains exactly what you will be getting and his best recommendations. Overall he was professional and I couldn’t have asked for more he also provided me with a lot of tips and some extra traps which was very helpful. If you’re having any pest related issues and considering calling an expert Mike is your guy, don’t hesitate.

I called Clearview to check out a squirrel issue I was having . I received a call back quickly . I spoke with Mike He is a gem . He showed up exactly on time . He did a thorough exam of my attic and was honest and reassuring. I highly recommend them

I had a terrible experience with Clearview Pest Control & Exterminator Services and its owner, Michael Medina. I called for an attic inspection due to suspected critters, and I explicitly instructed him to access the attic through the side vent rather than the hatch in the hallway, knowing that disturbing it could cause debris and feces to fall. He insisted on using the hatch despite my warning and knowing the risks. I also informed him that he needed a 30-foot ladder, which he claimed to have but never used. As expected, when he opened the hatch, a large amount of bird feces, debris, and even dead animals fell into the hallway, creating a serious health hazard for my tenants. He initially refused to clean up the mess he caused, only doing a partial job after I demanded it. Even after his so-called cleanup, there was still feces left everywhere, and I had to hire a professional cleaning service to fix his mistake—an extra cost that should never have been necessary. Instead of taking responsibility, he dismissed my concerns, refused to return, and was completely unprofessional in handling the situation. This is not how a professional business should operate. I would strongly advise others to stay away if you’re looking for someone who listens to instructions, values safety, and takes accountability for their work.

Terrible experience all around. There were squirrels in my walls. Mike said they would cut a hole into my apartment and set up the trap inside. He used stuff from around my house to prop up the trap (so essentially ruining my own property from the mess the squirrels made once trapped), damaged my wall in multiple places...and then both times in a 7 day period that there were squirrels, he refused to pick them up until the next day. So I had squirrels INSIDE my apartment for ~12-36 hours each time. He then did no clean up, left my apartment filled with feces and urine and barely fixed the wall damage he caused. I spoke to a couple of other exterminators and they were appalled...they NEVER heard of squirrels being extracted INTO a house (usually they would extract them to the outdoors) and then refusing to pick up wildlife in a house (it is inhumane and unhygienic). Honestly, I could write 20 other things about this guy that is sketchy but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. This experience was a nightmare. Buyer beware.

Honestly I’ve never been the one to write bad reviews but I just feel this needs to be said. I did not have a good experience with Clearview. First I spoke to a rep who assured me the technicians would assess my mice issues then resolve it then plug all potential holes and entry points as long as the hole wasn’t huge. The technicians came in did a Quick Look, lay down some basic traps and refused to plug any holes. They ensured me we most likely only have a couple mice and the traps and poison should take care of it. Since the day they left there have been more mice and are upstairs a place that had previously never had mice. It almost seemed like the multiplied after they came. I have tried several times to call Clearview since their visit and they haven’t picked up any of my calls nor returned any of my voicemails. Just so disappointed because I have a baby in the home and we have to deal with mice.

The only thing is good is Mike one of the workers he is very nice, polite and professional.
